We usually go through the drive-through, but we had some extra ti'm because our prescriptions weren't ready across the street at... the pharmacy. We decided to eat inside and were pleasantly surprised at the new décor and how clean anentity the insiderestaurant was. In general you can't go wrong with the KFC food itself, but our experience today with ordering and receiving food was terrible.... Not sure what the deal is, maybe there's some legitimate excuse, but we received duplicates of half of our sides (which we onlyordered 1 of) and we did NOT receive another one of the sides that we DID order. It wouldn't be a big deal, but the other sidethat we did Not receive was ordered specifically for a picky eater, who doesn't like the other sides options. And every singleone of our biscuits was only half cooked. Like, I went to pull my biscuit apart and the dough inside was still raw, sticky,stretchy. Disgusting. Read more
How about some signage that says drive thru only? Like before the stupid little 6 inch sign taped to the locked door.
I am writing this review because I saw several bad reviews. This KFC did everything fine. The 12 piece crunchy was as it should... be for a KFC. The coleslaw was actually fresh and very good. The mashed potatoes just needed some more salt/flavoring ... butclose to how it should be for a KFC. The corn was ok and just needed some salt/flavoring also ... but close to what it should befor a KFC. The biscuits fell apart a little too easy and we used our own butter (ate at home). The service was good. So, the 5stars is saying it is as it should be for a KFC. Read more
Order the special 8 piece meal with 3 sides reciept showed 1 large mash and gravy 1 large special fries and 1 large Mac and... cheese then I order additional 1 large mash and gravy 1 large special fries and 1 large Mac and cheese ....what did I get? 1small mash and gravy 1 SMALL MAC & cheese and 1 small fries and 1 large mash potatoes WITHOUT gravy 1 LGac and cheese 1 lgfries don't think that matched what I ordered 50 dollars later! SMH ! HAD TO MAKE MY OWN GRAVY!???? Unhappy customer. Not reallythat hard to read the reciept and determine which one is small and what is large And what gravy looks like! Didn't get half of my food, then when I knocked on the door to tell them. The workers in the back were screaming that I was a... liar.. I had gotten the 8 piece chicken fingers, im assuming the literally gave me the smallest ones because I complained that Ididn't get my food. It was great.. NOT. They are super unprofessional, and disrespectful. As you can see in the photo how tinythey are. For 20$ I definitely expected my kids to be full. Read more
Went in today and waited over 10 minutes so I walked out. Everyone was hiding in the back and I heard them talking how nobody... wants to take care of customers. Yet I heard all kinds if ghetto yelling from the back too. That's it for me and this location.If they don't even want to take orders then I don't want to do business with them either. Absolutely terrible at how they havethe nerve to be at work but not working. Management here must be outside getting high or something but this location is losingcustomers by the hour at this point.
