You will wait?at least 20 min probably more. Say 30 avg. Slowest fast food in Binghamton not sure why. If it?s understaffed it... has been for months. Idk why every other McDonald?s can put out orders efficiently but this one seems incapable. Never thought afast food restaurant could inspire the level of animosity I feel for this establishment. no excuse for how bad this place is, but if you have an hour or more to kill for a burger, fries, and drink, you will love this... place!! it was not short staffed on a level to justify what took place on my last visit, i counted at least 7 people on. after59 minutes i asked for my money back, will never return. i believe i was refused my order and they wanted to see how long itwould take before i figured it out, i saw a couple people there i knew and was talking to them, but no food after an hour? i wasthere to eat, not move in!!! This was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to! From order to window, it took 30 mins, then another 10 at the window. After all... this time, guy comes to the window and says "we lost your order, it was deleted from the screen". Got my money back and leftafter 40 minutes for fast food. Staff was friendly atleast. Don't go here unless you have an hour to kill. Sorry I can't give this place 0 stars...I went twice today, once at the beginning... of my lunch hour, waited in line in the drive through, no one took my order, I drove around parked and went inside, stood at thecounter and still no one took my order, so I left. I then came back at the end of my lunch hour, again waited in the drivethrough, tried getting the attention by talking to the speaker - no one answered, so I followed the car in front of me to thepay window, sat there for a bit and watched the lady in front of me knocking on the pay window when someone put their head outthe delivery window and called her up and I followed. She took off without getting anything and I moved up. The girl insideasked me what my order was and when I told her no one has taken my order and I had been in line for at least 20 minutes (thistime), that's when she told me she couldn't take my order since she didn't have a register - I guess she was too lazy to walkthe 10 feet to the front counter. By far the worst McDonalds I have been to, sadly it is usually one of the only spots open late night so I gave delivery a try. I... ordered a hot and spicy mcchicken with only lettuce and recieved a regular mchicken (second time this has happened), along withtwo Large fries (they were not made fresh or any time recently they were rock hard solid and this isn't due to delivery orderreached me within 7 minutes of leaving store), I also requested 4 sauces and received none. I've been to this McDonald's a few times and received consistent service, therefore I can, with a certain degree of confidence,... generalize my experiences to yours. With the exception of paid private shower rooms at large truck stops, this is the cleanest,most material-effective bathroom I have used in recent memory. There's nothing left here to be desired in form, function, noraesthetics that rise there from. The food is fast, consistent, and standard price. You can confidently make this your go-to fastfood choice when in the downtown area of Binghamton. Read more
If you're short staffed wait times go up, you can't serve as many people and I see multiple cars leaving the drive thru line... every time I'm there, and I have been one of them several times. If you don't like fast food, don't worry. It's not fast andit's hardly food. I've had the wrong order given to me or my order not being put it at all more than enough times to avoid thisplace.
