So the service was very slow. I order a ice coffee and didn’t even get it after 2 hours of finishing the lunch. The excuse was... the coffee is had too cool down while other tables have already gotten their coffee and they came much later than us. Word ofadvice, don’t ask for less ice because then charge $1.50 more if you ask for less ice on any of your drinks. Read more
Just stopped in quickly for dinner. Ambiance was nice and service was friendly. Good portion of pho for the price...but for... something that is supposedly prepared over days was profoundly lacking in flavor. No amount of spice can fix an absence ofsalt. I used to come to this place years ago in college when it was Phuong nam. This is my first time coming to their new location and... wow!! What an upgrade! The facilities are really attractive and have a great modern vibe. (a little hard to find cause it\'s nothighly visible from the road. It\'s back a little around the corner of the Hawley st apartments, more on state st). The bathroomwas very clean and smelled amazing. The staff were very friendly. Pho broth needs more flavor. It tasted bland. The presentation looks nice but wishes it has more flavor and salt. It was pricey... for the small bowl as well. Read more
Beautiful building. Nicely located downtown Binghamtom and 2 minutes walking distance from the parking garage. Staff are... friendly and attentive. Meals came out within reasonable times. Tonight was the second night we ate there\nThe first time we ate there I ordered a noodle dish #3 level spice\nIt was a bit... spicy for me , but I was able to eat my meal\nTonight I ordered a 1 or 2 and told waitress about our last experience so shethought 1 or 2 would be good .\nI received my meal it was so much spicer than the first time . She took my plate back to kitchen. She came back with same plate . She told me that they would not remove this order from our bill or correct the order. She saidI could take order home and they would let me order another one for half price .\n\nI asked her if she could drain the juiceoff ,which she did\nIt was still blazing hot .\nWe will not be going back\n\nThe waitress was very sweet and apologized!\n\nIthink she was just as shocked as we were !!
