Not good. Bun falling apart and soggy when I got the sandwich. I ordered a large mac and cheese, but it came in two small... containers that weren?t even half full :( so basically i paid 6.99 for 1 small. everything was lukewarm and i ate right away inthe restaurant. Read more
Was just told that they are the only restaurant that doesn't have their own name brand tea. Fine. I ordered white meat with my... combo meal, the person took the order said nothing against it. I checked my box since the lady who took the order was strugglingwith it. I find the wrong chicken pieces. Since you pay extra for it, I went in. I was then told that I was not allowed to pickwhat pieces I wanted because it cost extra. I told her that I was aware that it cost extra. She then said I couldn't pick thepieces I wanted since it messes with what they have on hand. Read more
I absolutely love Popeyes and drive 40 minutes just to get this. You'll have a long wait but the food is so fresh and... mouthwatering. The employees are also always so sweet. Last two times I went 4 of the 5 cookers they had were down for somereason and I was told it would be at least 30 minutes for fried chicken. It was strange this happened twice, but I wouldn'tblame them without more information. I just hope the company can get them better equipment because I can't imagine how difficultit is for them and it's certainly frustrating as a customer who drives so far solely for this food. This only got 3 stars because the chicken and fries I got were good. Other than that it was terrible. Drive thru wait was... unusually long, and then when I got to the speaker I knew why. The person taking my order was extremely rude & did not know whatthey were doing in the slightest. And not even kidding, every time I go to this specific Popeyes, they are always ?out ofchicken sandwiches.? Then I got to the window after about 5 mins of trying to order, and they were extremely hostile, gave usthe wrong drink (I caught it and asked for the correct one though,) and then to top it all off told us they were ?out of allsauces.? Sad lunch stop on a road trip. Not much good to say and we had been craving Popeyes. The order was placed to go. It was weird... that the sides of red beans and rice sides were not given lids. A piece of tin foil was lightly draped across the tops of thecontainers because we were told they are out and the truck isn?t coming with a delivery until tomorrow. Not exactly how you wantto take the food to your car. They were also out of BBQ sauce and the soda was flat. Once we got to try the rice it was hardfrom either being very undercooked or left out too long and was hard. Either way, pretty gross. I am told the chicken sandwichwas fine. My chicken tenders were also fine but there was no salt so not much flavor there. If we pass by the area we won?t beback. I?d suggest stopping somewhere else in the area if you are hungry. Read more
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I ordered 6 tenders, a side of rice, a side of mashed potatoes, and 2 biscuits for $12,... which is an incredible deal, right? yeah it would have been if that?s what I actually got. Instead, I got 5 sad tenders and aside of rice that looked looked like it was half eaten, and one biscuit. No other side and no other biscuit. This Popeyes must be under new management or new staff, because the service has done a complete 180! 6 months ago it would have... taken me 30 - 45 min to get a wrong order, and now the last 2 times I've gone it has been nothing but pleasantries, fast, andaccurate food! If you were turned away from here before I urge you to give it another shot! Great job all around! Read more
Not overly clean, staff was rude!! I have always loved this business, but Binghamton needs to get it together because they... definitely do not. People behind us (family of 5) left whole we were waiting on our food. Took quite some time to get our orderand 1/2 of it was cold! Read more
