Roll was old and hard they are slicing there meat so thin the girl had a hard time separating them . They barely put any fixing... on it . This isn't the first time that I've gotten bad roll and now the meat sliced so thin even ordered extra meat and youcould barely taste the meat. I wouldn't ever go back there.dont even think they deserve the one star I gave them. Read more
Meh it is a subway. I am not a huge fan of subways to begin with but we came nonetheless. My sub had a section of the bread that... got burned. I hate when my subs get made and the banana peppers and jalapeños are just slapped on the roll without looking atthem to make sure they are edible as there are both where the middle tops are not tossed out and those peppers are not edibleand you look ridiculous pulling pieces of food out of your mouth! My significant other asked for a chopped salad. They gave hima regular salad that was not very big and did not chop it nor did they say at the time of ordering this location does not havethe chopped salad. Overall the experience was not the best and I hope to not return in the future. Read more
This local Subway has it going on. The staff is generally courteous, with not a long wait (usually) in preparing orders. They... deal with GrubHub, Ubereats and other delivery services, which sometimes does figure into the wait time. Read more
Less and less meat every time I go. Ordered the deluxe amount of meat and only got three extra slices for the extra $1.50. They... only put 1.5 slices of cheese on the footlong sandwich...Asked for a cup of water to drink and I got a clear plastic solo cupwhich is smaller than a baby sized cup. One sip and it was gone. The meatball sub at Subway is my favorite....the employees are always friendly and have smiles! They do "not" hesitate when I... ask to put the roll in their commercial oven to make it crisp for me. When I look around, the Restaurant looks clean, and I amstrict on quality. It all depends on who trains a person, and so far....all looks good to me! Even litter is picked up aroundthis restaurant whereas, people throw litter on the street, or outside of car windows that disrespects another person'sproperty! Keep up the great work....by the way, the "East Side" is one of the best areas for "least amount of crime" all acrossBroome County! Happy New Year! Read more
