Evere time I go heir my order is wrong and you never get a receipt just spent 17 on two tacos and a Baja blast. Time to think... they do this on purpose. And most of the good reviews come from employees. Read more
Food is always as expected, service is usually fine. My only complaint is that they tend to run a little slow and I assume to... avoid running up the clock on service time, they'd prefer to send waiting cars to park and wait for their food, rather than justlet them stay in line for the extra minute it takes to get the food out to them. If we're timing service it really should befrom order to delivery of goods. This isn't the fault of the employees, but rather unrealistic expectations from what I assumeis a corporate level.
