Evere time I go heir my order is wrong and you never get a receipt just spent 17 on two tacos and a Baja blast. Time to think... they do this on purpose. And most of the good reviews come from employees. Read more
Food is always as expected, service is usually fine. My only complaint is that they tend to run a little slow and I assume to... avoid running up the clock on service time, they'd prefer to send waiting cars to park and wait for their food, rather than justlet them stay in line for the extra minute it takes to get the food out to them. If we're timing service it really should befrom order to delivery of goods. This isn't the fault of the employees, but rather unrealistic expectations from what I assumeis a corporate level. Ordered the bell breakfast box with bacon instead of sausage and still got sausage even though it was a mobile order and clearly... written. The burrito was slightly burnt. The breakfast box comes with the Cinnabon delight coffee which I heard the managertell the staff that they were out of and then they just gave me a different coffee without telling me they substituted it andwith what. Was not acknowledged until I was standing there for a full 5 minutes even after the website said my order was readyto be picked up. Read more
I swear, you guys dont even care anymore considering a shift manager served me this "grilled cheese burrito." This tacobell has... been trash for past 2 months now, done giving this place another chance. Once upon a time, the workers actually cared aboutpresentation. I get it, everyones short staffed. If I had to pick a Taco Bell in Broome county being a person who dosent eat pork or beef would hands down always choose this one... only Once have they messed up My order because it was rang in wrong they didn?t even question it they just fixed it and gave mea coupon no other Taco Bell in Broome county will Do that the rest will just argue with u before they fix it or if it?s rang inwrong tell u oh well not our problem when I payed extra at that to change it so if ur vegetarian or don?t eat beef this is themost accommodating one Read more
