My nephew and I first time eating here. We had planned on dining in but the way one of the workers was in there cussing and... saying the N word this and N word that loudly, I decided to get it and go. No type of respect for customers at all!! If thefeathers were taken off of the chicken then it would be much better. Just went to the store at 8:49pm to order 3 10pcs meal, while walking into the store the lighter skin young man was asking if I... ordered already I told him no and walked in the young man with the dreads looked like he wasn?t even interested to take my orderhe was leaning over the counter like he was at home. I told him my order and tried paying my card kept declining then realizinghe was the one messing with the machine because money was on my card when I told them its okay cancel the order because theircustomer service was horrible these two young men seemed like they didn?t care at all and wanted to go home. He kept askingfolks walking in if they order already I even asked him if they stopped answering the phone and he said he don?t I asked why ifthey aren?t loosing money he said you see ppl inside. Owner needs to send a secret shopper to their business because these boysI won?t call them young men because they were acting like little boys. After I walked out the store they were actually mockingme so I walked back in and told them their customer service was wack both of them were laughing like it was funny I used to likegoing here because it?s close to home but I will drive to wings r Kings from now on. The food is always good and the guys who work there are alway cool and friendly. People at my shop will alway eat there.
Always my favorite place to get chicken. Been coming here since my oldest was born. Best hothoney/lp sprinkle wings in town.
Pleasant, clean atmosphere. Order cooked upon order. Have a variety of seasonings and flavors. Chicken tastes fresh, fries were... hot, and decent portions. Serve Pepsi products. Was not that crowded on. Thursday evening. Restaurant was clean, socialdistanced, and no odors. Read more
The food was freshly cooked, season good but the counter young man stayed on his phone and I had to asked for napkins, fork etc.
