I haven?t eaten at Arby?s in six months, because the last time I got an order to go I had a bad experience. This time a new... problem. The crinkle fries were over cooked, probably left under heat lamp too long and by judging the appearance they frieswere freezer burned. I couldn?t eat them after the first on, I went to wash the taste out of my mouth with my coke that camewith my order and the coke was all carbonation with no syrup?I just give up, I dont eat out often, because of things like this.The sandwich was ok. If you go to this location anytime after 7:30, there is a strong probability the employees have clocked out and do not want your... business. Very common to find employees in the parking lot at night with friends, they eventually make their way inside to takeyour order, only to tell you they do not have what you are ordering. (Aka, leave me alone and leave) This has happened multipletimes over the previous year to me and others, whatever management is ?on the ground? here is looking the other way. Marcus Evans the shift manager was beyond RUDE. Dropped my card on the ground in the drive thru and didn?t even attempt to pick... it up. Instead he closed the drive thru window. Poor attitude and customer service. Food was incorrect and while trying to checkmy food he rushed me out the drive thru saying ? your food ain?t right or some?. VERY RUDE. After all my food was still madeincorrectly. I always deal with nice people at this location. He needs to work on customer service especially because I was niceto him. Read more

Went through the drive-through. When I arrived, I noticed that someone was at the window, so I knew they were open. But when I... went up to the loud speaker, no one said anything. I had to say something before someone responded. In my experience working infast food, when someone drives up, you're supposed to acknowledge that someone is there by mentioning that you'll be one moment,not ignore the customer. Read more

I went by Saturday night around 8:30. The girl in the drive-thru was incredibly rude... I ordered and pulled around behind 2... other cars. After 12 minutes no one had moved so I pulled off. This is the first time this location has disappointed me. It'susually great service and great food. Read more

It took a while to get the food, but it was excellent and the people were very nice. (Another guy had to actually get a refund... and leave without his food because it took so long that his break time was over!) But the place was nasty. It was empty whenwe went about 430pm, so there is no "busy" excuse. The bathroom was gross. The ketchup container was empty. There was sauceon the counter when we got there and it was still there when we left 45 minutes later. There were 2 clean tables in the entireplace. I came here for a late lunch and decided to come in instead of using the drive thru and I'm glad I did. The staff was very... polite and hard working the environment was respectful and welcoming. Maybe it was because it was 30 minutes before close, but I ordered the 2 for $6, beef and cheddar and mac and cheese. Didn't... think I needed to check the order but I guess I should have. The photo shows how little mac and cheese I received. Less than 1/4of the cup. No excuse. Read more
