It's normally really good but I went today and I should have known it was going to be disastrous when she told me that my food... would be ready in 5 minutes. Everything was tough. The crab wouldn't slide out at all; it was stuck to the shell. The shrimpwas a hard bite. The seasoning that it sits in tasted like straight oil, no flavor and the potatoes along with the corn wereunderdone. So this used to be one of my go to places. Today, after watching the seafood bag guy make the food without gloves, it?s not. He... touched the raw food with his bare hands and I believe put on a glove to handle the potatoes, corn and sausage. He should havehad on gloves the entire time. Price is comparable to the area but even then I'm not too impressed. I ordered online and didn't have any option to customize my... sandwich. If I did, my rating might increase slightly. Food was hot and cooked to order. I had the teriyaki cheesesteak and I actually enjoyed it. Small inside.

I order 6pc combo, 6pc only, Philly cheese steak combo for lunch my price was $36.00. Their prices is way too over priced for... the quality of food their giving out. My wings was half coated w honey garlic sauce, wings were so gummy, and so big. They defdon?t deep fried the wings. They wings are the same exact wings that be at the Chinese buffets. Just terrible. Was expectingsome Buffalo wings not batter chicken wings. Philly steak meat is not real. And it looked and tasted so poorly. Taste wise it?s a good cheesesteak. It would be nice to have a cheese-less option on the menu but the steak is of good quality.... The order was prepared quick and it was nice and hot. The sandwich is a bit pricey as it?s on the small side, and for a large,it?s at $10.50. Still not horribly priced. The fries were OK, those in itself are probably a 3 and unless you have a strongpotato urge you could probably skip. But since it?s a steak sandwich (among other things) shop I?ll just stick with the sandwichand overall service and taste, it?s a 4-star in my book. Read more

I will not go on fb or any other social media site to address the same issue. They have already raised the prices $2-$2.50 to... every item even to add a flavor. The prices on the online menu and paper menu are inaccurate. The boil bags barely has food inthem for almost $30(shrimp and crab), and I had not touched it yet. My son ordered the chickenphilly, fries, and peach lemonade($12.78). Both lemonades are absolutely, refreshingly delicious, but the prices are high. Ipaid $30 for two combos. The chicken is big wings, fried twice, very hard, and only had sauce drizzled across the top not evenhalf covered. I always post pics, but you cants really see the details of the chicken. My son's sandwich barely had chicken onit, and both our fries were salty, tasted like they were soaked in salt before frying. So, I did call back and said EXACTLY whatI stated here, and even suggested to shake or cover the chicken in sauce, and add more than 6oz(her words) of meat in all thatbread. She remembered me, and told me she is a foreigner and did not understand what I was saying and no one else has ever hadany issues with their food. Tonight I?m super disappointed, while I was eating I noticed my potatoes... were dark so I put away the dark looking ones and ate the ones that seemed ok.
