I've been to this restaurant so many times over the past 20 years. The food today was very good as it always is the service was... by far the worst I've ever seen in my 51 years on this earth. I was there for the iron bowl. When I sat at a table at the bararea the restaurant wasn't very busy. The waitress took my drink and appetizer order which was fine. 40 minutes later. I'm notexaggerating this part. My brother arrived to meet me. My waitress had not been back to check on me a single time. My brotherflagged down another waitress 10 minutes in to his arrival for a drink. The table next to us was then occupied by a couple. Theywaited over 20 minutes, asking me who the waitress was. Finally I went to the hostess and asked a young man who was servingthis area. He responded I don't know but I will definitely find out. 10 minutes later still nothing. The people next to uswalked up to the bar for there drinks. A nice girl named emerald was working the bar. I got up left everything at my table andmoved to the bar where emerald gave us good service the rest of our visit. I was never approached by a manager or anything theentire 4 hours I was there. Had a great early dinner here. Was a little loud with the college football games going on, but that was to be expected. ... Friendly staff, quick service. Had fried shrimp that were crunchy and delicious. The sweet potato fries with the dippingsauce were to die for. I will be going back again for sure. Read more

I love this place. Staff is amazing. They are starting to give less and less sauce on the wings... I asked and paid for "extra... wet" and still more than half you could pick up and not get Buffalo sauce on you. Still love the wings, flavor and size. Andthe staff really are the best. Read more

Had my car not messed up I wouldn't have known about the goodness of Baumhower!!!! I ordered black and white chicken with... beignets for dessert and no sooner than I made the order and walked from my hotel to the front door: the food was made! I wasbaffled as I expected to wait 20 min! The server was super sweet and prompt, and he gave me what I needed. I'd also like to hugwhomever made my meal because it was DELICIOUS. The seasoning on the chicken is perfect and although I don't care for thesauce, hot sauce was perfect. This meal may be so simple yet it means so much!
