Consistently good no matter which location you visit. This particular visit was great as usual, but they were out of a few menu... items we wanted to order, so I?m giving four stars. My menu recommendations- Italian old fashioned and Pollo Rosa Maria. ThePollo is my ?go-to? dish- it has several delicious flavors just bursting out and the sauce is scratch made. Give it a try! Terrible experience and food! We arrive at the restaurant with 2 adults, 2 teenagers, a toddler and baby which they attempted to... seat us at a 4 top, so we asked for a booth. After we sat at the booth and waited for about 10 minutes, empty restaurant mindyou .. a manager came up to our table and asked us to move because we had a stroller, and no strollers at booths apparently. Wepacked it up and moved as requested and finally our waitress showed. Appetizers were decent and bread was good, but our dinnerswere second rate. Shrimp was over cooked, hard as a rock and left after taste like that of being cooked in yesterdays grease.The pasta was over cooked and the sauce was just bland .. nothing like what I?ve had at every other Carrabba?s Restaurant.Another issue, I was served my drink and sat there for almost an hour with an empty glass. Our waitress came by the table 4times and each time left the pile of appetizer and salad dishes on the table and me without a refill. Last but not least, afterI sent my meal back to the kitchen ? not once did any manager come by to check on us! We are super disappointed becauseCarrabba?s usually has good service and food but not this one. The whole staff seemed more worried about getting the placecleaned up at 9:30pm than taking care of their customers, so we will not be spending another dime with this establishment. Read more
