Long lines. Slow service. Cold food. No ice. But that pales to the lack of efficiency in the process. No prep ledge. Employees... don?t have any of the products memorized. For a newbie, I enjoyed it. It reminds me a lot of Chipotle but it was fresh, light, and authentic. I like the variety but I... wish there were a few more other toppings. I came in this past Saturday and had Mary fix my food. I noticed she was new and in training but made sure she was doing things... correctly by asking questions to her co workers.
