This is hard to write. I typically love Cava but this visit went bad to disaster, quick. I really try to give grace, but it was... one thing after another. First and foremost, either a new piece of equipment was delivered or a piece was getting fixed and theythought 12:30 was the appropriate time to install. The noise that they were making was so distracting and very loud to guests.When I finally got to the front of the line they were out of grilled chicken, beef meatballs, falafel, roasted vegetables andpita strips. They told me 16 minutes on grilled chicken and didn?t know how long on meatballs. Food was good. The restaurant itself was messy and dirty. The bathroom toilet was clogged and worse than a truck stop
We ordered our food online an hour before we walked in to pick it up. It wasn?t ready. You know, I get it?s technically not... fast food. But it shouldn?t be this slow either. It?s meat, rice, and a veggie in a bowl. It takes more brain power for me toshave my balls than make this entree. It?s sad it wasn?t ready and I too am now sad. 1 star Cava. Read more
