Ordered a 12 ct get back to work an realize they screwed my order up I don't recommend going to this restaurant
I come to this particular location at least once a week and the last 2 months every single time I order a a Mac n Cheese or... yogurt? they are literally only half full. Today I ordered two yogurts and a Mac n Cheese drove 45 min home to see that therewere about 4 spoonfuls in each parfait and almost as bad with the Mac. Chic fil a is the Cadillac of fast food restaurants. The system they use works almost seamlessly almost every time. We go there... a lot! The food is great! Read more
Food was great. Stopped while traveling. This location is very compact and a challenge to get into the parking lot with the way... traffic is set up. If you park on one side you have to walk through the traffic in the drive through. There is a designated walkpath but noticed very few customers walked down to the walk path, instead walked in between cars. Inside isn't much better. Asmall dinning area with tight walk asiles. It was also confusing why they chose to clean the restroom during peak lunch timeleaving several people waiting in a small place to go. Readers should consider that I was there in peak lunch time on a Friday.Maybe my experience was due to that. This area could benefit from a larger built restaurant. Dined inside. They took our meals to the wrong table. Took about 20 extra minutes to get our food after bringing it to their... attention. They apologized. After this I noticed the were doing a lot of apologies to other people in the dining area. To theirdefense it appeared to be a fairly new CFL. Maybe a learning curve issue. IDK. Read more
Everyone was super friendly. One employee even went and got us toilet paper when she came out of a stall and told us there... wasn?t any more - she was probably on break! What a sweetheart. It hadn?t been cleaned in quite a while, though- it smelledpretty bad. The playground is also nice and big - perfect for getting the kids a little exercise. Read more
Always enjoy our visit at CFA. Great family environment. Only complaint is they're always Very busy, Hoping one day they will... put one by the interstate or Southside High School. Read more
