I?m from Georgia. Chick fil a is life. This is by far the poorest excuse for chick fil a customer service. The straw that broke... the camels back is a Doordash order that the poor person has been waiting 40 minutes and counting?! The food is good but the drive thru service needs some improvements or just return to how it used to be. Two lanes of cars no... one is giving direction on your place in line. It may be possible that the young people they hired are not doing their job. Read more

If you respect yourself to actually be treated like a human do not go here, literally go anywhere else you can. This is not only... the worst chick fil a service I've ever had but the single worst fast food store service ive ever had. I went here for a quickspicey chicken sandwhich before my exam. I ordered at 10:38 and did not receive my sandwhich until 10:58 the guy next to me hadbeen waiting since 10:30! The workers seemed like they didnt care they were just laughing behind the counter not even taking neworders until the people in line actually voiced up! And when i got my food i asked why it took so long the girl behind thecounter said it takes longer because it's spicey, you've only been waiting 10 minutes. I told her no i have not been waitingonly 10 minutes my receipt says I've been here 20 and my friend 30 but can i please just have some chick fil a sauce so i cango. She got frustrated and just ran to the back of the store leaving me there to have to wait and ask the other cashier for mysauce! And making me later for my exam!! Read more
