Maybe I'm harsh because it's Chick-fil-A and they are always so great but this location downtown...wow. They have never once... gotten my order correct (5+ visits but no more). There is always something missing or wrong, and it's incredibly delayed, andthe staff just kinda looks at you with a "what do you want me to do about it attitude" when you ask for what you paid for. I go to Chic Fil A often. This one is by far the worst one I have been to. Every time I go there, I say to myself, they have... to be better this time. Nope. I kick myself for going there. No drive thru. Slow workers. Lack of hustle or purpose. Watching them deliver food to the curbside service, they all are paying more attention to their phones than delivering food. My sons and I stopped at this Chick-fil-A while we were out of town from North Carolina. I was extremely, extremely disappointed... with the attitude and the lack of care that we received here. We waited longer than anyone else to get our order, and while wewere waiting most of the servers were standing around joking, and I actually heard them say you better make those shakes, andthe another said I ain't doing that. I don't normally talk about race and I certainly don't throw around the race card, but Ireally got the feeling that racism had something to do with this visit. My boys and I are white. Just about all the peopleworking here were black. To me that's not something that I normally take note of, but the attitude and the stares and the waythat we were treated certainly made me feel like we stood out like a sore thumb. Really, really strange. I am a bit concernedthat there's a possibility that our milkshakes were spit in or something like that, probably not, but I got that kind of feelingthat they could realistically do something like that. I love Chick-fil-A, and I hope that management sees this and is able totalk to their employees that were on today and talk to them about their attitude. They also didn't complete our shakes, with acouple of them not getting whipped cream or cherry. They also told me that the reason why our order took so long was that theywere making a new batch of fries, but the fries that they gave us were definitely cold and old. When we asked them for strawsand spoons for our shakes, they gave us more attitude. Read more
Aside from the trash overflowing (as pictured) tables were dirty, no paper towels in the bathroom, the kitchen staff, both men... and women, had untied hair and no hair nets. Also, we were dinning in but the employees simply packed everything up as a mobileorder and left it at the mobile orders stand, the name on the order wasn?t even called out so we didn?t realize our food wasready until later. Most poorly ran Chick-fil-a I?ve ever visited. One person at register taking orders from customers and employees at the same... time. Ordered milkshakes 15 minutes ago and with about 20 employees wondering around, we are still waiting. How hard is this? Read more
By far the absolute worst CFA in Birmingham! Cleanliness at an all time low. Customer service is extremely bad. You don?t feel a... bit of CFA spirit when walking in nor placing your order. Very nice staff? however there are ALWAYS missing items. Last time was 30 piece nuggets and 2 large fries. I admit we usually... have a large order-but it?s over $100 in missing food last few months. Read more
