Chilis is not what it used to be. Food was terrible. Ordered loaded potato soup and the potatoes were not cooked through. ... Ordered sliders with fries and the fries were cold and old and could tell they were fried in old oil. Sliders were mediocre. Service was terrible. There were only 5 other tables occupied at 5:30 pm on a Wednesday. Bathrooms were filthy. Never goingback unless I hear it's under new management. Read more
Went to Chili?s ???? Grill & Bar for a good ole outing with the family. The ambiance was at a good setting to relax and eat. The... orders consist of the deals ?3 for Me? and Cajun Chicken Pasta. Donovan was our server and he did a great job. Always askingthe right questions. He gets five ???????? ???????? ???????? ???????? ????????. Look below for pro?s and con?s. Was not greeted after standing in the front for over 5 minutes. After being seated our server seated another group while taken... their drink order. Then walked past us again to take the other groups food order. Clearly we were not welcome. Read more
Just had a pretty unpleasant experience here. Our waitress was absolutely horrible. We pretty much ate our whole meal with an... empty glass. A good portion of our meal was bad. The corn on the cob was drowned in butter. As well as the ribs completelydrowned in barbecue sauce way too much and way overboard. The quesadillas were pretty great save for the fact that they werecovered with jalapenos way too many jalapenos on top of the fact that we ask to hold the jalapenos. Upon ordering the appetizerit was completely wrong because the waitress was not paying attention. The appetizer was brought back corrected however we stillhad to pay for it. Food was decent but not amazing. Service was absolutely horrible. I've enjoyed Chili's at other locations inthe past and it was wonderful. This is not a wonderful location. Read more
My server was extremely nice and polite. However, the food was extremely cold. It seemed like the food had been sitting before... they brought it out. They could have at least warmed it up! I ordered four different meals for four different people, ALL thefood was cold! I do not recommend! NOTE: It was NOT crowded, there was very few people in the restaurant. We went to eat there night before last and was told they were closed due to short staffed but there were people in there so we... went back yesterday and had to wait 45 minutes before we were even spoke to people were walking in and leaving and they didn?tseem to care. Food didn't match description. Grilled shrimp tacos is stated on menu as "spicy" yet they weren't spicy at all but instead they... were sweet. Black beans are straight out of a can, barely warm without any seasoning at all. Chili cheese queso had theconsistency of soup instead of a dip. Cajun chicken pasta had no Cajun flavor at all. This was our first visit to Chili's inyears. No intentions of returning. Read more
