I am obsessed with Chipotle. This is the one closest to where I'm saying at the moment. I've never had a bad experience. The... food is always fresh and the employees are always polite. This Chipotle has gone down hill, every time I come in I see workers walking around not doing anything while there is a long... line of customers waiting to order. I usually have to make extra time to get an order filled. The other day I decided to beatthe line by ordering on their app and having it delivered. The delivery was on time and the app was easy to use, However, theorder was not filled out correctly. Not only did I not get my drink that cost $3.70 but the portions in the burrito bowl werestandard portions when I had asked for extra for different items, which I was charged for those extra items. I felt like I wasrobbed of my lunch and I did not have time to go down to ask for a new order. I put in a complaint and they sent back $4dollars.. the order was $29.86 and the extra items I did not get were way more then that. Either way, this chipotle sucks andthe staff running it doesn't look like they care to be there. Must be a management issue that trickles down to the workers.... Read more
Be careful... easy going down but a little warm coming out. The day and night shift are 2 totally different crews... I can... expect a full bowl on day shift but at night, my rice be a little crunchy. It's ok tho, the manager will fix it... pretty cooldude... don't go at closing time, shiddd they be trying to go home and you might get hit with that crunchy rice... Read more
The food is always fresh and flavorful. The wait was longer then i wanted, however not for lack or staff or service. The food... is that good. The staff was quite friendly and polite. I truly enjoyed the natural drink options. My girls love the queso andchips. All aroumd great option for the whole family. Read more
After they lost my Online order, I was made to wait in line. That's the whole point of ordering ahead, and the girl said they... were making my order after I didn't find it on the shelf, only to find out they never got it to begin with. My money wasdeducted immediately, so I don't know how they don't receive the order. And they were out of chips! Again! They refunded mymoney, but not the points, which I used for one meal. There wasn't a table in the place that wasn't FILTHY. Not a single one. I had to clean my own table and clean two seats for my... husband and I to have a place to sit down. The seats were covered in food too. The floor was also covered in bits of food.Pretty gross! Also..... for about 25% of the American population cilantro tastes like soap and excrement so about half of thefood tastes pretty horrible.
