We celebrated my daughter?s 5th birthday at this location and I cannot say enough good things!!!! The staff was incredible,... everything was clean, the food was great, and the kids had the BEST time!!! Do the little ones in your life a favor and takethem there NOW - you will not be disappointed! Bad costumer service ever no one at the door cashing out tickets no one to do exchange
If I can give this branch more than 5 stars I will. I can?t thank you enough all of the staff members from the general manager... Ambria and down all by their names you doing great job keep this place full of fun and joy for kids, me and my family never stophaving fun in there, always there is someone helping us and make our experience different. You make our kid want to be backevery time we visit and the fun never stops over there. Thank you so much for making everyday different. We went around 2pm on a Tuesday & we were the ONLY ppl in the whole place. A few games were out of order & @ least 2 took our... credit but didn't work or do right. But, other than that they had a great time & we loved having the place 2 ourselves. It was 2adults & 4 kids! It was very very clean. They put the tokens on a card now & your tickets go 2 your card. It was nice not having2 tote around tokens & tickets! Read more
