Keep your ticket IN YOUR HAND when you order from the drive thru. I ordered two meals and an extra 3 biscuits. I got my chicken... but not my extra biscuits. I said I need my biscuits, they looked at my like I was crazy and someone behind the window personsaid "He didn't pay for biscuits!". Then everyone in the ENTIRE RESTAURANT looked at me thru the drive thru. I couldn't find myticket I set beside me but they gave me two biscuits anyway. I asked for my third biscuit and they said they were out ofbiscuits. If someone wants to pick up my third biscuit, which I was shorted, then they can have it. My treat!! The chicken wasgreat. Ok. 1 ???? will be explained. First I will say my coleslaw was good. Jalapeno poppers/bombers, hot & fresh. Apple pie was... tasty. But at the same time was not-so-fresh.Tenders.... eh, & I say that because. The taste was lack luster. & they tastedoff. & one was partially cooked. On to the 1 ????. My fries were OLD. STALE. & BURNT. I'm talking sitting for an hour old.Like probably kept putting hot fries on top. I have no idea. Why not go back u say.? I'm a delivery driver. I stopped superquick to pick up a bite. I won't speak on how long I actually waited to even place my order. Because the world is still incovid recovery. So to say the least. I was so sad with my purchase. I have never witnessed such outrageous behavior from a server in my 73 yrs. This young lady came to the window with our food and... literally made faces and weird sounds for at least 2 minutes. Finally she got embarrassed and stopped. On a lge order ofchicken, she didn't give us our biscuits. I am so thru with Churches. Second time they didn't give me my biscuits. Read more
Price good and good chicken, excellent biscuits
Horrible customer service. The worker that was taking my order was rude and was ignoring my request for extra napkins. So it's... already off to a bad start.The chicken looked weird and it was very tasteless. The fries were bad also. It was it was nothingspecial with a nasty after taste. The mac and cheese was really dry. The only good thing I liked was the biscuits. That's it.Everything else is not worth it. I would not recommend this restaurant. Read more
Young lady working the drive-thru was super super nice, if restaurants had more employees with positive vibes like she do a lot... of things will be better, she was nice and friendly from the time I ordered until I received my food.. only problem my legs wasso small I couldn?t believe it but with her great customer I looked over it. Location failed to realize online orders came with 2 sides. Only received 1 mash, and corn. When attempting to correct this the... employee stared only 1 side came with the fingers and they realized their error in leaving out the mac. They stated no refundcould be made, but none was asked for. The request was simply to provide the sides on the $16 chicken finger meal. It was a veryhigh price to only receive 1/3 of the order. When I visited they didn't have any white meat, No breast, No wings, No chicken tenders, No chicken sandwiches, and last but not... least the prices at Churches Chicken is totally out rages; I got 2 thighs, 2 sides and a drink, ran me almost $20; for $20 Icould had went to a supermarket and bought enough food that I could had eaten 2 possibly 3 meals Read more
