Keauna should be fired, upon being asked what else I would like I stated I would like a ranch and cookout sauce. Before I could... even finish my sentence I was interrupted with ?order condiments at the window, your total will be.? So I said ok and pulledforward. I then paid for my food and requested the sauces. She told me I had to pay again for the extra sauce. Wasting both ourtime. Plus I ordered a pibb and got a a Diet Coke. Her attitude was terrible overall. If you?re going to have a terribleattitude least you?re could do is do your job right. Read more

Drive thru moved fast at lunch, and employees were friendly. The menu board is very confusing...... the "big double" is hardly... bigger than a krystal......fries are decent Read more

When this restaurant first came to the area I was excited. The food and service was good. It has drastically gone downhill. I... ordered 3 combo meals one was missing a drink the cashier was looking clueless then another lady came up rudely and asked what Ineeded I said fruit punch she angrily made a fruit punch handed me a cup with punch all over the outside of the cup. Then gotmad when I asked for napkins to wipe the cup off. Next, my double order of cheese bites oh they were hot however they were friedto long none of the bites had any cheese in them all of it was cooked out because it was fried too long!!! I know things aretough but this type of customer service and quality is unacceptable. We are living in tough times I work hard for my money and Iexpect to be treated accordingly. Read more

I was first introduced to Cook Out in Wilson, NC after never seeing on in Florida. They have great shakes and the food is... better than most fast food restaurants. We have been to the Homewood location twice. Once using the drive thru and recently the lobby. Twice my wife has ordered a hot dog with relish and each time it was not on the hot dog. At least this time we werestill in the parking lot and we went back inside. The cashier was very apologetic and offered to have it remade again. Thatwasn't necessary though and after they provided some relish we were on our way. Just be sure to check your order before youleave. Read more

Stopped for lunch, they are always super busy, but the line moved fast. Had a BLT, white cheddar bites and onion rings. Food was... good, none of it was hot. So, 4 stars Read more

So the food was good, but it wasn?t anything like what we were expecting. Online boasts or hearty portions and trays full of... food, but it was a pretty skimpy experience for us. The burger definitely tastes better than McDonalds or other fast foodplaces, but the quantity was lacking for sure. The Cookout sauce was good too. We will try it again (maybe we chose the wrongthings!), but be warned it may not be as plentiful as other posts claim. Pictured: 1/4 lb burger cheddar style, onion rings (5included) and white cheddar bites (4.5 included at best). Read more

We tried it out for the first time today around 2pm. It had two thru lanes and both were full. It took around 8 minutes from... the start of the line until we got the food but wait was mainly due to people reading there very big menu and not due towaiting on food. I did love the choices of options. I would recommend you view their menu online and decide what you wantbefore you get there because you could become overwhelmed by choices if you see it for the first time. We spent around 7dollars each. I got a drink, burger and dog. The other order was a chicken sandwich, slaw, onion rings and drink. The chickenpatty was small and flat compared to other fast food. The slaw was in a small sauce cup and she only received three breadedonion rings. She said the taste was good but the potions small. My burger & dog were ballpark field quality in a good way. Thetaste was great and they were the perfect size. I also loved being able to customize what I wanted on both. I saw they had awalk up window for orders as well in case you didn't want to wait in the drive thru line. I think if you want a chicken sandwichyou may want to go somewhere that focuses on it but if you have people who want different things from Corndogs to BBQ to Shakesthen this is the perfect one stop place to make everyone happy.
