The waiter was pleasant, courteous and respectable...overall great! The food was great. The issue I had was when I got there, I... was told it was about a 30 minute wait. After 45 minutes, I went and asked about my table for 2. Then she said if u need a tablefor 2, it's gonna be about a 30-45 minute wait. I reminded her that I was with the first group of waiters (that were alreadyseated and most of the second group was seated as well) and my reservation was conveniently lost. When I reminded her who I was,she conveniently 'found' a table for me and my boyfriend and sat us down. I don't have a problem with waiting but it was theinconvenience of it all...and the lady sitting us asked a couple of us why we even wanted to eat there anyway. She was the onlyone who did not make you feel welcome or appreciated. Read more

We had a wonderful time. Ms. Candy, our waitress, was fantastic. She showed great patience with a rude customer at the table... next to ours. She was very kind to check on us regularly and always double check before leaving the table, ?Is that everything??We thoroughly enjoyed our experience as locals at the Cracker Barrel down 280 and we will definitely come back. Pecan Pancakesand country ham are delicious!!! Read more

I've eaten at this location an average of 10-30 times per year since it opened. Over the years, the quality of service/food has... jumped from 1 to 5 stars depending on time of year and who is managing the store. Right now, Sep-2022, its above average. most of the staff are pretty nice. Due to the location, it has to be good to keep customers since there is a lot of competitionin this area of town. Read more

We typically really like Cracker Barrel and have it as a staple for family lunches. Unfortunately we had a bad experience at the... Colonnade location recently. We had a larger group (8 adults) and the wait was 45 minutes which was fine, but we weren'tnotified that food was taking an additional 30-40 minutes to come out of the kitchen until after we waited for the table andplaced our order. We had two infants with us so being able to understand and plan our timing was very important. We ordered andwaited for the 30-40 minutes like we were told and but the food took over an hour to arrive. By this point we had been at therestaurant for two hours which was much longer than we anticipated. Once the food did arrive it was cold because it had beensitting on the warmer for so long. We did voice our concerns at the restaurant and receive a discount on our bill but it was notoffered apologetically. I fully understand staffing shortages and know that Sunday after church rush must be incrediblydifficult on a restaurant like this, but I would have appreciated knowing the expected time up front. I would have been able tobring in bottles for the babies or prepare better had I understood what they were facing. They also are catering to to goorders. We would see countless to go meals leave the kitchen while everyone in the dining room waited. I please ask themanagement of this restaurant to take a look at the scheduling of staff and order volume for both dining and carry out to see ifit balanced and offer timing expectations for any wait associated with a visit up front. Thank you Read more

It's always fun to take the grandkids to Cracker Barrel! They love shopping for a special toy while we're there and the charm is... everywhere. So many great southern style dishes to choose from. I love the meatloaf, hash brown casserole, and turnip greenswith hot biscuits! Read more

The meatloaf was raw, the biscuits were undercooked. No manager came to apologize, no offer to recook it when the second piece... was another raw slice thrown on the grill which was still raw inside. The waitress did not even ask if the second slice wascooked. I should have been refunded the cost of this meal. I have eaten at dozens of Cracker Barrels all over the country andhave never had an experience like this. Sad, angry and still HUNGRY!! Read more
