The new employee here is boarder line threatening to the point where I over hear customers have to ask very timidly if they can... make an order. I asked for a sandwhich two hours before they close and the new red haired cashier had to decide if she was goingto make it for me or if it was too much of a chore for her as if she had already cleaned everything and was ready to leave. Iused to come here everyday but now I'm not coming here for anything besides coffee anymore (because it is self serve) the pricesare way to high to be uncomfortable asking if I can pay for an order due to the offensive nature of the new employee. The staff are friendly, the vanilla hazelnut coffee has me coming back again and again!
Woman who runs the cash register is exceedingly pleasant and a joy to speak with making my daily coffee there a delight. Coffee... is nice and cheap which makes having a daily coffee a little easier for a college student. The only issue is this is located ona college campus which means it is less accessible to those that are not students. Read more

I have been in the military and the Einstein name is very good. They appreciate the customer and practice customer care. I... have not been in the Einstein store in Birmingham based on the 3.9 rating. Give me a reason to try this establishment. Read more
