First time eating here for lunch and the menu screen in the inside was out. The young lady at the register guided me through the... menu helping me decide on what I would like. Very very helpful! Food was delicious and hot. They were out of whipped cream, butmy sundae was still great! I ate in at about 1:15 pm and they weren't too too busy. I will definitely be back! Great taste on the smash burgers! Match box fries were crispy. Food came out fresh and hot. Fun 1950's atmophere.

It was during lunch we all know nobody has time. I had to place my order at the window because I had to wait for 10 at the... speaker no one was talking to me or letting me know they were behind.i placed my order at the window, waited at window only toreceive cold and hard fries. My most disappointing Freddy?s experience. After placing order( young lady was very nice) went to find a table, all were dirty.... Had to get a wet napkin to wipe it off myself. Garbage can was overflowing and was still that way when we left. The drink areawas a mess. Burger was fine, fries were fine( they were out of the special sauce ) but my turtle concrete was like a milkshakewith pecans in the bottom. I think they need better management and more training for the employees. And sweep the floor and tellemployees not to stand in front of order counter and eat their food. Read more

Super friendly staff; yet the floors are always sticky, and the drink machine only had one or two spouts working. The sandwich... came out other than how I had asked. Food is good. The last few times we?ve come here our order has been wrong. They?ve also been out of cheese curds and onion... rings. The floors are very greasy and dangerous! They need a professional cleaning service to maintain these floors. Read more

The only reason for 1? is because my food was good. But the place was so so nasty. Every table was dirty, all booth seats and... under the booths there was do much food and trash on the floor someone else could have made a plate. The workers ½of them wereeither sitting at a table eating and playing or standing behind one side of the wall laughing loudly, playing on there cellphones, had a nasty bucket of water on the counter from cleaning the ice cream machine and binders sitting all over the counterwhere you order. I had to walk out to my car to get a handful of baby wipes to clean our table and seats then when anothercouple came in they had the same reaction as we did and I gave them baby wipes as well. Customers ASKED to Wear Face Masks Not a long wait at This Time Arrived/Checked In: 2:30pm Placed Order: 2:33pm ReceivedEntrée Order: 2:40pm Server was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about food being offered. Husband ordered Combo #2 BaconDouble (Swiss)Cheeseburger Combo with fries and medium drink ($8.99). I ordered the same (with American Cheese) and we orderedLarge Cheese Curds to share ($6.69). I always order the fries non-seasoned and I?d like to see if I can order the curds withoutseasoning next time because they were very salt for my taste. Love that we have the choice for outdoor seating as it?s a littlecold in the dining room. Food arrived hot & delicious.
