The restaurant cleanliness left a little to be desired, but it was a busy time of day and they seemed short staffed. The food... was decent enough, and the prices didn't seem exorbitant, just high. The atmosphere was of an old school diner, reminiscent ofthat place that said they sold good meat and frozen milk drinks. Most times I come here I go through the drive-thru for dinner. The night shift is great and have never had any problems! However... I just went through for the first time for lunch, and the messed up my boyfriends order, gave me the wrong size drink, andregular fries instead of cheese fries. I told him I had ordered a Large no. 2 with cheese fries, but that I could give him theregular fries back. Had to pay for the fries which were his mistake. I can understand mistakes, but he kept interrupting me andsaid I got what I ordered. Displeased to say the least. I guess Freddie?s for dinner only? This was our first time stopping by. It was wonderful. One of the best experiences we've had. The gentleman with all the tattoos... really took his time to help and explain to us what came on the burgers. And the girl that made our Custard for us was reallysweet and it looked and tasted good. Ended up here as a fall back and I have to say not impressed with the food at all. The customer service was good, the lady... working the drive thru was very nice. The shake was tasty but not so much to make up for everything else. The hamburger was justgross from the presentation point when opening the box to the taste. This place used to be great! What happened??? The workers aren't friendly. Plus, the food is very inconsistent. Please work on... your customer skills and food consistency. So??I went to Freddy?s last Sunday so excited to try their limited time only fish sandwich??.and it was barely enjoyable, it was... chewy and over cooked so I started to pick through it and something literally popped out and you can see in the picture thatthere was something unusual sorta like a tape worm?.right after I went to the restaurant and took it back the manager on dutyoffered another sandwich I refused got corporate number and got no answer of course it?s a Sunday. Food was terrible and cold. I don?t live far from the restaurant, but when I got home the food was cold and the hot dog looked... like the second pic. I went back and the crew member Insisted in remaking the hot dog which look like the first pic there are noroller coasters in this area and I?m not a crazy driver so I don?t know my food looked like this. They have 4 round picnic style outside tables which are nice on cool nights. If you like skinny meat burgers you will like this... place. The fries are skinny too. I really like the jalapeño ketchup. The custard is consistently good. One place they couldimprove is with training the new workers. Twice now the tea has been brown soap water. If you go through the drive throughcheck your ice cream.
