A nicely wrapped package only conceals the contents! This is the second time I have visited this location since it's been... renovated. The service is terrible. The food is well below par. Poor Service: The employees are sloppy and service is dead slow. I ordered a large vanilla shake in Drive through. The shake... was dripping over the sides of the cup. When I complained the girl walked away from the window. The taste of the milkshake wasgood though. Read more

I would love to give this location zero stars. The night crew lacks in customer service skills and the food is not fresh. My... family just came through the drive thru tonight, there was not a single car in the line. It took awhile to get our food and itwas not even warm. I ordered a side of ranch, and this sauce is most definitely expired. I tried to call the restaurant to speakwith the manager about the expired ranch, and they will not answer the phone. The call is being cut after only a few rings. Thishas been an awful experience. Terribly disappointed, because the last time my family came to this location was for breakfast andthe food and service was great! Will absolutely not be wasting anymore money on the evening crew. It was clearly understaffed, and I totally feel for the workers on that front. If it was just that things were taking some extra... time, I wouldn?t be upset. However, I was totally ignored four different times I tried to get an employee?s attention to asksomething (they didn?t even give me their attention when it was my ?turn?). They dumped all of my food messily into threeseparate bags so I couldn?t tell I didn?t have everything I ordered until I got home. They also told me I had to wait in lineeven though I?d ordered and paid online, and they didn?t have what I had ordered. I know that last one isn?t the workers? fault,but it?s just especially frustrating when you have a bad experience and don?t even get what you want at the end of it. I bought the new Bacon Pub burger combo. Has Jack's quit salting the fries? I also bought an order of cheesy bacon pub fries and... the picture is worth a thousand words, hardly any fries or cheese for the price of $3.99. I sure hope the burger is not a letdown also. 3/4/22 This restaurant has been completely renovated since my last visit. They actually demolished the old building and... constructed a new one. The interior is very nice for a fast food restaurant including a lovely fireplace, a nice surprise. Themenu is varied and excellent. I had the fried chicken sandwich which I thought was top quality. I will certainly go back. Read more
The new chicken nuggets are great! Seasoned well and meaty. These should get more advertisement.
