This Jimmy John's location has always been good. The service is good. I have been in right before closing time (which I hate to... do) and the employees were nice and kind. They did not make me feel rushed. I'll be back, but hopefully way before closing. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered for delivery, which the store supposedly offers. I was called to be told that... they don't have delivery drivers. As a former JJ corporate certified manager (with a 100% score, so I know the policies), I knowthe corporate-required procedure in the event of no drivers is to call in the 24-7 on-call managers, area manager, or owner tohelp support the store. This store was left in the care of a PIC (person-in-charge). This PIC does not know Jimmy's systems andprocedures and the store is suffering because of that. I'll be lodging a complaint at the store, as well as at the corporatelevel, at the lack of advertised services, as well as disrespect when Jimmy's procedures were explained to her. Consistent product, never a miss. Freaky fast at a great price point. 10/4/21 update. Not sure what has happened to this... location but quality and consistency are gone. The latest order included a request for extra Turkey, lettuce and onions. Itcontained none of those. I was charged or course. When you point this out to Jimmy John?s corporate, the response is, ?thanks,we will let the store know?. Apparently, this means absolutely nothing and there?s no interest in actually correcting. If acompany is not even willing to make things right, move on. That tells you all you need to know. Read more
Past two times we have been to this location. There is only one person in the store working making sandwiches. The rest are... out delivering. It seems that they should always make sure the store is staffed with more than one person. We ordered onlinein the car parking lot and it took 25 minutes to get food. You call that freaky fast.... look at the order time then compare tothe actual time on phone. Poor management. Read more
