We were on a road trip to Colorado. Arrived at 8pm Jimmy john's the lady that helped us was on point professional and... personable. There was a team of three working and all seemed to be well performing until. To date the best experience I have hadat a Jimmy John's. Ordered a #4 Turkey Tom combo (Unwich). Was told "no turkey" so I settled for a #1 combo (ham) UNWICH. Was offered no extras.... What I got was a sandwich with bread, not an Unwich. I discovered that I didn't get what I wanted after I mistakenly took abite. Ugh! While it was my bad, I still didn't get what I ordered. Couple of things. The Spicy Italian sandwich is consistently put together so well, so enjoyable! Also, went through one day and... had trouble with my debit card. This was my unwhich sandwich after waiting 45 minutes . The last 3 times I?ve ordered from them my food was not delivered for... over an hour and I was never updated I had to call and just cancel my order. I?m annoyed and disgusted with this location. Read more
My teens food was perfect! The Young that assisted us was so friendly and professional. There was an issue with my food, My... son showed him and he immediately took it seriously. I won?t say what it was and I also do not hold it against them because ofhow quickly it was resolved. I would still try that location again. It was my first time visiting Jimmy John?s since 2.11.21. Took soccer team to eat. The service was fast and food fresh. We have been to subway many times and Jimmy Johns speed of service... is far beyond that of subway. The guys really enjoyed and asked if we could make JJ our go to place when traveling to games. Read more
Long story short. I've never ordered from here, thought I'd give it a try because my coworkers always order from here. Never... again! I just ordered a simple sandwich with ranch on the side. Told them where to go and what to do. I ordered it before myhour lunch. Didn't get it until AFTER my lunch was over. And it wasn't even left at my door and it was just on the floor. And Ionly know because my coworker found it and brought it to me. Anyway before I submitted my order I saw how cheap it was and puta $3 tip (not a huge deal but the max they gave with the percentages was $1.88). After they didn't follow the instructions andleft it on the floor I want my tip back because I gave it for my food to not be shoe chow. I called and actually talked to thelady who brought my food. She ended up hanging up on me! I called back and got her again. She reluctantly seeming said that shewould refund that money. And I'll be waiting for it back. I have no shame in calling back either! Update: it seemed to be amistake, I got my money back, and she apologized. I typed this before I tried the food but the food was actually very good.Hopefully my next experience is better.
