Ordered for delivery - 2.5 hours later it wasn't here - their website said it had already been delivered. I called once after... 1.5 hours and was told it would get here eventually. Called back an hour later, which took 7 attempts, and got an angrymanager. Ended up with a canceled order. Read more

I never felt the need to write a bad review or any for that matter but I ordered from here like twice, this experience being my... third and had no problem before but I decided to redeem my rewards for a free sandwich and when my delivery arrived the drivergave me attitude and asked me to ?not do that again? what order food?? Ridiculous. regardless of he they may have felt,comments towards customers should be kept to themselves. I don?t appreciate someone being rude. they got the 20% tip for thecost of my order. but I definitely won?t be ordering from here again. Read more
I ordered a delivery order with the app at like 2pm. At about 3pm the store GM called me and said there had been some problem in... their system or whatever and they hadn't started my ticket yet, but they would refund me and deliver it anyway. That seemedgreat to me. I would have left a 5 star review if I got my food, and that was it. Not going to lie, I already know I like thefood, and that's great customer service, but customer service goes out the window for the rest of my experience. So I waitedpatiently til about 5:45pm and called back. They told me the driver left with it about 10 minutes ago, and they had one otherstop on the way. I called back again at 6:45pm, and they told me they already dropped it off. I told them they must havedelivered it to the wrong address, because I never got it, and no one ever knocked on my door. They insisted that they diddeliver it to the right address, that they knew the apartment building well, delivered there all the time, etc, and said theyknocked on the door. I told them that they made a mistake and delivered my food to the wrong address. They were utterlyunwilling to accept that, and eventually told me "I'm going to hang up the phone now." They didn't offer any solution to theproblem and were very rude and presumptive. To prove a point, I took a picture of the front of my apartment building and droveto Jimmy John's, and went in. I showed this dude the picture of my building with the number in big black letters on the front ofit, and asked him if it was the building he delivered to. He looked at it, and said "Honestly, no." So at least he knows he waswrong, and I got a 5 star spicy meatball sub from Firehouse Subs. Read more
I ordered the turkey sub with avocado and expected a Subway amount and quality of food. However, what I got was an incredibly... thin sliced piece of turkey, such a small amount of avocado that I had to take apart the sandwich to see if it even existed, andthen tons of sprouts to make the sandwich seem bigger. On top of this the bread tasted stale. This sandwich was nearly 7 dollarsand was so skimpy that it would not even pass for a kids meal. For that cost I could have gotten a T-bones philly that wouldfill me up and was fresh! I will not be going here again and trust me when I say that you should not either! Read more
