Lazy employees could care less if you show up or not
We didn't get the right order. Then we had to wait in line so long.
Horrible customer service, chicken was dried out, on top of that employee told me to go home and cook..
The manager was loud and rude. We repeated the order twice got to the window for her to still not know what we ordered. After... telling her AGAIN once we got the food She still gave us something totally different that I didn?t notice until we got home. Atthat point we didn?t even want the food anymore we just threw it away. It?s time for a new staff. This is the worst location. Read more
Worst customer service ever! They played the entire time I was placing my order so much that she couldn?t even read the order... back correctly. I asked for a pot pie and they didn?t have any I was willing to wait..when I got to the window she read theorder back but it wasn?t correct. Once I corrected her she caught an attitude with me rolling her neck. I simply told her cancelthe entire order and went to the Fairfield location where I had no issue and customer service was on point .Kfc was my veryfirst Job and we could never treat our customers with disrespect let alone be playing and not have our products together. I ordered breast and wing snack. Left and opened box and chicken smells like old burnt oil. It left an odor in my vehicle. I... returned it to the store and asked manager to open and smell. She got an attitude. So I asked for my money back. I started toleave and she told me that I was mistreating her.I only asked for a refund that was it. Very poor performance and excuse for aSo called Mgr. I will not visit that particular one again. Serving old chicken in burnt grease. Read more
