Place is dead at prime time night with a total of 8 diners and somehow, I've been waiting a long time for 2 basic meals to go.... The order was already placed and paid for. What's the problem? This place has horrible customer service. I went in on a Saturday night for hibachi and took most of my plate home bc I order... appetizers. When I opened my food the next day I found hair deep inside. I called and asked to speak with a manager and themanager did not come to the phone. The lady who answered the phone came back and stated she was a manager after telling me shewasn?t to begin with. I explained to her what happened and she asked what I would like for her to do. I asked for a discountnext service or something due to me spending over $100 and having to throw my entire plate away. She proceeded to tell me therewas nothing she could do. She even insisted that it was my hair, however, my hair is in a protective style and is not exposedwith my current hair style. It was also not my texture. If you like hair in your food Kobe?s is the place for you. The food isalso not worth what you pay. The steak is cheap, the noodles taste like dish water, and the food is bland. Delicious as always. Kids loved the kid chopsticks and it was easy to keep them occupied moving salad from one plate to the... other with the chopsticks. They loved the hibachi show and the chef made sure to give the kids extra attention and kid friendlyjokes. Loved it. Read more

Pretty disappointing for a $75 meal. I placed an order to be picked up at 6:35 I showed up five minutes early. I had to wait 30... additional minutes just for my food to be ready to go. The portion of steak I received was so small, definitely not a filletworth for the amount of money plus I had to pay $12 for my wife and I the get soup and salad. I would never get this again, Iwould never go back, and I?ve been going there for years super disappointing. Read more
