I have not been in this Krystal in many years. It was awful back then. I never wanted to go back. My husband wanted their cheese... burgers last week so I went back after all this time. I went inside because I wanted to see if it was clean. I was extremelysurprised that not only was it clean, the employees greeted me with smiles and even ask about my day. We had to be pulled up and our food brought out to us. Even after waiting for our food it was just warm. After waiting you... expect your food to be nice and hot, especially french fries. And to top it off, the the guy that brought the food out wasstanding there looking down into our food bags. Ugh! But hey, they got the order right. Read more
Scrambler purchased at 9:18am. Got it home 9:26am. And it?s been reheated in this picture. Is this a joke? Employees had on... street clothes as well. No greeting at the window just told me a total and took my card, handed me a bag. Called back tocomplain and Gm (lady) got on the phone unprofessional and said maintenance was the one with street clothes on behind thecounter helping. I will never go back there. I?ve worked as a manager for Krystal?s for several years and this was the worstI?ve seen. Please retrain your people or clean house. A Gm shouldn?t be argumentative to customers, only apologetic. DONT GO HERE!!Horrible experience. Lady in the mic was rude. I was nearly charged $33 for something that?s $17 on the website.... And $18.99 on their menu. Closed the dine in at 745 pm, online says they are open till midnight dine in. Im on a motorcycle and they want me to drive... around after being on a 1200 mile ride, i guess this is the first and last time ill ever come here! Read more
Drive through order- had to be repeated 3 times. Spent $10 per meal (after tax). Waited ten minutes for food. Worker asked me to... move again (had already moved forward to clear the window so the car behind me could get food). I asked for a refund insteadsince I had been waiting 10 minutes for my food with no hope of it coming out any time soon now. Employee then asked me to leavemy car to walk to the window for my refund. Employee then asked for the change she had given me back. Then in my refund did notgive me the correct amount and kept $20. When I pointed out this fact all she would say with her attitude is ? No outside lights, looks to be closed. Not well light, anything can jump out on you. The food is horrible, as long as it takes,... the least you can give fresh food. I go to Krystal for a reason, the food is good when fresh, close the place if this is thebest you can do. No need in giving too old chilli, that's so dark that it's unrecognizable.
