Awful food!! Do NOT expect quality nor fresh food. Extremely OVER priced for food quality and they charged me 20%up charge for... carry out. Don?t waste your time nor money. I ordered WELL DONE they sent medium rare w/ burnt crab cakes and Caesar salad madewith iceberg lettuce instead of Romaine lettuce. Awful awful awful ???????????? Read more
Our server was superb. But the 1/2 Rack of Baby Back Ribs was fit to eat. Extremely had like a brick..I kept wondering why my... man was picking over his food, then I ask to try a piece. It was they were serving a dog. I became so offended that they wouldeven send that out of kitchen. Old, hard cook rib, no sauce on under side. They threw it on the grill to re-warm slap sauce overtop and served. This was s Pinnacle in Trussville. We love eating at Logan's and he had just had the ribs at a Meridian, Ms.location s couple of weeks ago and wanted more. We pay for food..don't wish to eat free. Ordered lunch here to go and I was sadly disappointed. I?m convinced they don?t read their tickets in their entirety. The only... thing they got correct was my rolls. Ordered loaded potatoes on both meals and condiments were not included in the bag. Wouldhave rather them put them on the potatoes so they wouldn?t forget. My steak was tough. The worst cut of meat I?ve gotten from arestaurant date. Called to have situation rectified and let?s just say no one in charge came to the phone. We had a nice waiter, he was quick and on point. Our drinks were awesome whoever made them that day was pour happy, because we... felt good if you understand that. Food was hot and good only one issue for me. They sat us at the large booth to accommodate us,but it's a bar down under the table where you put your feet to rest them and I hit my ankle on it and it hurt like somethingawful. This was the worst experience with restaurant management I?ve had in my entire life. Our sweet server was the kindest and... hardest working young woman possible and handled a 12-top as well as she possibly could for an understaffed restaurant. We had avariety of problems that we did not once complain about, however there was a meal at our table that had not been delivered uponreceiving our checks. We had mentioned it previously and it was written off as a kitchen error and the meal was comped. Wefinally received the food in a to-go container. I went to reassure the server, along with the manager, that it was all okay andthat we understand the issues at hand. The meal was eaten by the time the checks were delivered to us by three extremely rudeservice staff members. Then, unexpectedly, we were met with management who asked us what our problem was in a very disrespectfulmanner. After three long, patient, hours we got into a minor argument with said management while trying to pay (after beingcalled ignorant). We were told not to pay and that the police were coming to escort us out. I feel horrible for the server and Ihope that she finds her way out of that restaurant. I hope this is handled appropriately by the owner of the restaurant, becausewe still do not understand what exactly warranted the degree of disrespect we received as intended paying customers. I was seated promptly, had a fantastic waitress named Laurel, my order was delivered quickly and was cooked perfectly. Food and... service was excellent, by the way, I had New York strip steak! Went back to Logan's for lunch with my sister. Marie helped usand did a great job. I do not order fish at many restaurants because it is usually greasy. I had the cat fish and it wasperfect, fresh, not a bit greasy and was fresh. Sis had steak and said it was cooked as she ordered and was very tender. It wasa great experience. ZERO STARS - Worst customer service we?ve ever experienced at a restaurant. We had arranged dinner with our friends, three... couples, a party of six. The hostess sat two couples down at a table of four and told us that when the other couple arrived,they could move the adjacent table over and sit them, so we did. They took our drink order, about 5 minutes passed, and theytold us we needed to separate the tables because it was a fire hazard. So we did. A table of six cleared up behind us, so weasked them to move us to that table. They said, ?no, we can?t because another party is already reserved for that table.? TotalBS! We stayed in separate tables, three on one and three on the other, for about another hour, and the empty table of six wasnot even cleaned. No other party ever showed up. I tipped the waitress because it was not her fault that the manager wasdisrespectful with zero customer service skills. Bottom line, don?t eat at this place. The service is with an attitude, andthe managers are rude with zero customer service skills. The beer we ordered had run out, and it took them ten minutes to tellus this, so we asked for bottles instead. The ladies ordered a bottle of wine, so they brought us an opened bottle!!! I came here for my anniversary dinner. I got the shrimp and grilled salmon. I GOT FOOD POISONING. DO NOT GET SEAFOOD HERE!!... First they got my order wrong. Then they "fixed it" and gave me food poisoning. The waitress was super nice. But the food wasTERRIBLE. Don't come here if you are looking for seafood of any kind.
