This location has went downhill in the last year. They use to have an array of cookies, now it's just chocolate chip, red... velvet, and double chocolate.. no more peanut butter or chocolate chip pecan. They were closed Monday and Tuesday this week- howare you operating in amall and closed during mall hours?!? I asked the cashier if they were under new management and she saidshe didn't know, I asked why they limited their menu...she said she didn't know. I won't be going back. Read more

Just went to Great American Cookies and was very disappointed in their customer service. The young lady that was behind the... counter had her back turned and was also on her phone. At no point did she ask if she could help me. As I was actually lookingfor a certain cookie that I didn?t currently see. Before I could ask about it , the young lady was assisting a person who cameafter me(who happened to be a different race than I was?just saying)The customer was nice and acknowledged that I was therebefore her, and wanted to make sure she was not cutting in line. By this point I chose not to spend my funds here. So I informedher she could go ahead. At which the young lady behind the counter informed the customer she was fine. We loved our cookie cake!!!!! The staff was so helpful and super nice!!!!!! We will definitely be ordering from there again!!!!

The absolute WORST management I have ever seen. They don?t know how to communicate or problem solve what so ever. The woman that... appeared to be the manager was AWFUL. We had to cancel an order and get a different size so we tried taking a picture of thereceipt and this woman snatched it out of our hand so hard it ripped. The man in the back making the cakes seriously had theattitude of a 3 year old throwing a tantrum, and I?ll add he acted this way after budding into a conversation that he was notinvolved in to begin with. We?ve had other problems with this store less than a month ago for the same reason. None of thesepeople should work in any environment with customers involved. Security had to be called to fix this situation and the employeescontinued to act like the customers were the problem. If I could give this store a -2 on stars I would, But sadly a 1 star isrequired to post. Read more

I just had the worst experience ever. I got there at 10 not aware that they didn't open until 11 and the girl in the back was... acting as if I was annoying here by standing at the counter waiting for her to acknowledge my presence. Her and the other ladywas extremely rude and nasty. Read more

Quality of the product was excellent. Ordered same day and was ready at requested pickup time. Decoration and taste was really... good. They're definitely proud of their product $$$... but it's worth the expense for special occasions. Recommend thedouble-decker number/letter cookie cakes, but be prepared to pay higher than usual for.their quality. Picture attached. Read more

i love working for this company! i love the customers, i love the people i work with its great! best place to work for by... far!! recently enrolled into their health insurance plan and i was impressed! and the cookies taste great too!
