I went thru the drive-thru last due to the inside being closed. I was in line for anout 25mins. The service was slow. I placed... my order..got to the window and my order was almost $3 more than what was on the sign. I asked the young man about the price andinformed me that all the items have went up. I was not happy that I wasn't informed about the increase. I will not be back. Butthe young man was very nice. Read more

Terrible drive through service all and all, foul language poor customer and general social skills. Much training is needed in... this location. I was actually dealing this a manager because she was running the window because I guess they may have beenshorthanded. But it took me 35 minutes to get 4 cars in line, I was 4th, to the window, where I was greeted by bad service,poor packaging and poorly made food, wrong drinks, and foul language, and a bad attitude in general. I think I'll wait for somestaff turn over before I return. Not s fair, ir even decent representation of McDonald's remotely. Read more

The night manager was so rude. He keep trying to rush us, we were not at the intercom not even 30 seconds and he was at it... again. Saying, can I take your order, as if he didn't sign up to be a servicemen. This was said 3 times, after asking could weget a sec. After being held up in the drive-thru for 20 plus minutes. This was all within a minute time frame, so sad. He wasnot in the mood to be working and should give his job to someone who will and can appreciate working. If someone needs a littletime, what is wrong with giving it. What if we are slow learners and read slow, what if we had our mind set one thing and get tothere and it changes, because other things are looking a bit more interesting. He was so rude he cooked my fries hard and gaveme a dry hamburger. Giving my husband fresh food, with good soft fries. Let me be clear, I did address the the rushing bysaying, "like, what is the rush, are we holding him up from something." So, I figure that's why my food was a mess. I lostreceipt, so I could contact McDonald's and complain. My cheese burger had nothing, but meat and cheese. That is not what Iordered, where in the worls were the condiments? This McDonald's always have rejects working for them, not all, but if the shoefit wear it. I blame McDonald's with hiring none service working people.. We went here late night too get a quick bite and the whole time I'm honestly just praying they get my order kinda right me and... my wife ordered double cheeseburgers and I eat mine plain so there is usually a problem but NOT tonight not only did they get myorder correct but it was actually streaming hot and fresh off the grill plus I had ordered two BBQ sauces that they rememberedto put in the bag also.
