Just visited this Valleydale location. Long story short, I'm at the Zxbys now after waiting at MickeyD's for a total of 20... minutes in drivethru without anyone ever greeting me. I even drove around to make sure they weren't closed. They were definitelyopened, I guess no service after 7pm on Fridays???????? I would've been cool with a "I'll be with you in a moment"! Read more
I am so tired of this McDonalds. I have had horrible experiences time and time again. One time I had a chicken sandwich that had... a chunk of bone inside of it. When I contacted the McDonalds, I got no feedback or response. On multiple occasions I haveordered apple slices and have either gotten nothing or an apple pie in return. It makes no sense. Most of the employees aregrumpy or sassy. Which I don?t blame them theyre getting paid horribly. I?ve also gotten charged over five dollars more on mymeal on my bank account than what it says when I check out on the app. Read more
Avoid at all costs. I just drove through their drive through and ordered 3 large meals. As we started driving back home, we... started eating the fries. They were cold. Fries don't go cold in 3-4 minutes. We ordered 2 cokes and 1 sweet tea. They gave 2cokes a diet coke. As you can surmise, our lunch was ruined. I called the store and the manager said she would gladly replacethe fries. Really? The whole meal was ruined, what good is driving back to eat the fries by themselves? Plus the extra gas andtime to get something they messed up. This McDonald's lost my business!!! Read more
