Manager so rude, waving me to self order podium I had never seen. I keyed in my order he then comes to a register tells me... amount for my card,then just walks off. NO skills in communication or manners. No one in lobby but another employee getting hisfood. When ready, the manager put on counter and waved me over to get it. Absolutely stunning drive-through service! We also had fun with the cashiers as well. Issue- Our fries were too... salty. Resolved- When I brought this to they're attention, they immediately replaced everything fast and friendly. BestMcDonald's for me???? Read more
Employees were being waited like royalty. They had preference. No one in line when arrived. Still waited on food for 10 mins.... Worst food I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Read more
Awful customer service. Ordered food for 4 people, not a huge order. They forgot 2 of our sandwiches, a fry, and a pack of... cookies. When we said something about the missing items they looked at us crazy even though we already paid. Made us wait 30mins and then when we said something again they took the bag back from us, which is not sanitary, and made the 2 missingsandwiches is 3 mins, so what did I just wait 30 mins for??? And I never even got the fry and cookies, nor did they refund themoney back to our card either. Worst McDonald's experience EVER, and I have been there MANY TIMES. Read more
It's OK. When coming to the drive thru the workers need to work on their courtesy, for example, when customers pull up to the... speaker, the first thing the workers would say "can I help you", "what's your order"; not once have they say good morning, goodafternoon or good evening, how may I help you, would not make any offers or suggestions, they would take more than 3 minutes toacknowledge you at the speaker. I understand maybe they are tired due to rush hours and have lots of customers that can't makeup their minds on what they want and/or constantly changing their orders, and they not getting paid much, but once they changetheir way of action then I can change my stars Read more
