I bought a Sausage egg & cheese Biscuit this morning but to my surprise at lunch I have a sausage egg & cheese mcgriddle. I have... NEVER had a mcgriddle b4 in my life and I kept repeating mcgriddle and biscuit just to make sure I didn't say mcgriddle bymistake or even if it sounded alike in any way possible. Nope! Felt like I was in a neighborhood diner! We were greeted with a kind and genuine welcome and the cashier who took our orders... was so extremely prompt in helping us, happy, kind and helpful. She even brought our food to our table. This McDonald's is amost wonderful place to visit. We have never been to one SO welcoming, efficient and friendly. You are awesome!!! Read more
45 minutes. That's how long it took to get our order. Nothing special, just 1 happy meal, 1 nugget, 3 burgers and fries. By the... time we got the food the ice was totally melted in our drinks with no straws, the French fries were cold and awful. To top offthe 45 minute wait they didn't give us the nuggets. They finally did give us a voucher for 1 free combo but it is valid only atblack owned restaurants. First of all, even if it's free I wouldn't return to this store, second, why black owned stores only?That's as racist as it gets! So now I'm supposed to check the race of a store owner before I patronize it?! Clearly andunequivocally racist. Are there vouchers for white owned restaurants? No? Why not? This place is absolutely horrible. I placed and order at the counter and sat at the table for 25 minutes and watched others get... their order before me. Finally I went up and asked for my meal and the lady said that they had been looking for me and that theyhad it back behind the counter. She then handed me a bag with food that was cold and did not offer to get me something fresh. Iasked for the manager to see if we could resolve this. The manager immediately blamed me and was EXTREEMLY confrontational andsaid they were calling me (which is untrue as I was literally sitting 5 feet from the counter facing the counter, also whathappened to the customer is always right). I asked for my money to be refunded back to my card and she started mumbling thingsunder her breath and was rude. I realize that it is difficult to find employees right now, but that certainly should not meanthat McDonalds should sacrifice customer service. I will never visit this location again and I am incredibly disappointed thatyou would have a person with anger issues as a manager. This is one of the best McDonald?s in the area. My guy Omar and the night shift manager (tall African American man, I don?t know... his name) are the best! I come here at least once a week, half the complaints are just about the speed but yeah, they are busybecause they are on the side of 280. Cut them some slack. Read more
Well came to grab something to eat real quick #1 no pickles and a chicken sandwich, the sandwich was plane, no lettuce no... tomatoes and extra small that food was a waste of time and customers service is horrible. Read more
My five star review has been changed to four stars, because the recent biscuits we have eaten at this location tasted canned. My... family and I started buying breakfast at this McDonald's on Saturdays, because Chick-Fil-A stopped serving breakfast platters,oatmeal, cinnamon rolls and decaf coffee. McDonald's decaf coffee is better than most and their crispy chicken biscuits aredelicious! The chicken breasts are generous and have more flavor. My neighbors eat at this location on Saturdays, because they"love" the sausage gravy, which is also no longer available at CFA. Read more
