If I could give negative stars I would. Waited in drive thru over an hour only to receive my order with stone cold fries and a... rock solid chicken patty that wasn?t even the one that went with my order (I ordered a Spicy DELUXE chicken sandwich). Got backin line waited another hour only to receive the wrong order AGAIN but it was hot and the chicken patty was right but it had JUSTPICKLES NOTHING ELSE?lmao really ???????????)The cook walked out in the middle of a rush and I totally understand the young ladywas there by herself?however after 2 more employees came in I just knew my order would be correct. They didn?t even offer acomplimentary nothing for the inconvenience. Only because I?m sick and was hungry because I hadn?t eaten all day, I didn?tbother to get back in line I just laughed and drove away. They didn?t even bother to apologize it was more like they wereirritated and upset that I had the audacity to complain?and I didn?t even get belligerent I was nice and understanding??????????? I will go here quite often because I work for the hospital and they are usually great but tonight the person that passes the... orders out the window was terrible she flat out lied to my face. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and instead she gave me aniced coffee I told her that that was not an iced caramel macchiato she said ? the machine is being cleaned ? so I said okaythat?s fine but there is a price difference can I get the difference back.? She said ? let me go look at the receipt? she cameback proceeded to pass me the drinks and still didn?t mention anything about the price difference so I said ?well what did thereceipt say ?, ? and she just stared at me and asked did I want her to get the manager ? I said yes , I explained to the managerI just wanted the difference in money back. The manager said to the drive thru worker ?you must don?t know how to make amacchiato?? The young lady said no. Sooo you just lied to me for no reason when you could?ve just asked someone to help you makeit? So as the manager is making the macchiato I?m telling the young lady to tell the manager it was a large . She says ? yeahshe knows ? get the drink and it?s a medium and I ordered a large . please idk if she got mental issues but she don?t need to bein the front of window. Read more

We ordered an MnM ice cream in the app. When we got to the store, we were told the ice cream machine is down. The kiosk has ice... cream available. Then they told us they don't work with the app, we need to contact the app. We were practically scolded by themanager as she rolled her eyes. We were not given any help or suggestions. It was definitely our problem and they did not care. Not one employee was friendly nor helpful. Awful experience. I cant rate food, we didn't get any. Just left this location. From my count there were over 7 employees inside the store, only four visible in the lobby, possibly 4... in the back. After sitting at the speaker and watching a car in front of me pull off, I go to the speaker. I sat there waiting,with no response and proceded to call into the speaker hoping to get someone and still got no response. I pulled up to the frontand spoke with a worker outside because no one was even at the windows. After speaking with the young lady on break she told methey were open and didn't know why I wasn't getting anyone. She told me her headset was dead but asked me to drive back around.By this time there were other cars in line and after already sitting there once, I walked inside of the store, seeing at least 3people with headsets on just sitting down and chilling. I asked for the manager and the employees all looked at me as if I wasspeaking Latin. I told them I wanted to make a complaint. Long story short if I have to give great customer service in the foodindustry, I expect to receive it back when I go out. I can't even get a quick snack after work because there's a building fullof workers but no one wants to do the job. They're telling me who is and isn't on the clock and folks fixing to get off but allthat says to me is everyone sitting around on the clock getting paid to do nothing. No one answered my question nor did amanager come out to address the issue but everyone's high as a kite with the lobby smelling like weed. Read more

I should?ve checked the reviews before getting my meal but unfortunately I was so hungry I didn?t. Other than the nat in my... caramel sundae, my hot n? spicy that was supposed to be fresh tasted like it was dropped in a bucket of dirty mop water thenheated up in a Waffle House microwave. You ever had a soggy hot n? spicy? The only decent part about my meal was the fries andeven those had a brown paper bag taste about them. Do NOT eat here. You will have a better chance eating old cat litter. Read more
