My family and I are huge fans of Milo's sweet tea, and we thought that we'd have a great experience during our first time... visiting a Milo's restaurant. I'm extremely disappointed to say that it didn't turn out to be worth it. The server that took ourorder was thoroughly disrespectful to us and to the customers in line behind us, and the entire staff acted like they couldn'tbe bothered to work with a good attitude or move with urgency. My mother tried to speak to the server about something for ourorder, and we were afraid that she would've spit in the food or something of equal measure out of spite. I saw the workers inthe kitchen pick up food that they'd dropped and attempt to put it in customer's orders that they were putting together. Thetable we tried to sit at had half-eaten burgers on the floor underneath it, and the surface looked like someone just took anapkin to it and "wiped" it clean. The only place that seemed semi-clean was the women's restroom; and even then, there wastoilet paper on the floor and the garbage can was overflowing. Needless to say, we ended up just taking our food to go and ateat the hotel we were staying in. I can't say we'll be eating at this particular Milo's again, if we're in the area, and it'supsetting our experience wasn't good. I hope other customers who go there have a better experience than we did. Read more

I live in Trussville, but I don't usually go to the Trussville Milo's, just because it's so horrible. I will usually drive out... of my way and go to Roebuck. Today, I stopped at the Trussville location because it was convenient. Big mistake! I ordered alarge fry with 3 Milo's sauces, an Apple Pie, and a large Coke with light ice. What did I get? A Large fry with 2 half-filledMilo's sauces, an old Cherry pie, and a Coke FULL of ice. For almost $12! Pitiful. I tried calling, but the voice mail wasfull. Imagine that. Lesson learned. I'll just drive further like I normally do. This is, by far, the worst Milo's in theBirmingham area. Read more

Service not as good as it use to be. My fries were hard and cold like they've been sitting there all day and hamburger meat was... burnt on the ends. I ordered a double cheese burger the sandwich was not hot. They forgot the cheese he took the burger back andasked someone for a slice of cheese and opened the burger and slid a cold hard piece of cheese on it and gave it back. He waswearing the same gloves he had on when he opened the window. Didn't eat it only drunk the soda threw it in the trash. He was theManger, waist of money should of asked for refund but they weren't friendly as it. Will not return. Read more

My son was leaving for graduate school in Delaware and wanted Milo's one last time. My entire family joined us to see him off.... Milo's helped us set up tables in a private room without us having notified them we were coming. It was a priceless experiencethat I will forever cherish. Read more

Being from NM, had never had the opportunity to eat at a Milo's. The burger was very good, and I enjoyed the Milo's Sauce. The... crinkle fries were very good as well, and heck, the cherry pie was good too! The staff were great in helping me order, and thefood was served timely. If I ever get to come back to Alabama, I would seek it out again! Read more
