The staff was nice, and helpful. I just didn?t get the appeal of the burger. But maybe that?s just me. It?s been a staple in... the south for a long time, but to me it was like a hamburger I would?ve gotten at the lunch room in elementary school. Read more

Never looked at receipt until this visit. The fries are about 3.00 extra and I only got 10 fries. They have the best chicken... fingers and boom boom sauce but I was shocked to discover that I was paying 30 cents for 1 fry. So if you are there for thefingers just get them. They are the best. Just remember that you are paying about 3.00 extra for the fries. I have been backseveral times and nothing changed. Still fast service and excellent fingers. Oh yeah something did change. The price went up.But that's to be expected. War, politics only interests in power and money. But this is the world we live in now. Read more
The burgers were totally disgusting with some type of barbecue sauce and then the fries are covered in some type of cheesy... powder. The cashier had the biggest attitude and I could tell she noticed I was weary about their menu. So after all four of usordered and took a seat she stared at me the whole time. She seen I was upset about the food and I was thinking about asking formy $40 back. I threw my food away n everyone didn't eat a lot either. What's going on with all these fast food locations???? Manager is horrible! After I paid for 3- piece Chicken Tender Combo & a #5 Mega Meal Double Cheese Burger with no onions & no... mega fry. I made sure I repeated my order again because I wanted to make sure it was correct and the order was stillwrong. When I called to complain about driving home and opening up my food and it was wrong. After I gave her my order andstated that they gave me a regular fry but I ordered a Mega Meal. She goes on to say we don?t even sell regular fries. Whattype of manager don?t apologize right away for their mistake. Let me tell you what should have been said but wasn?t. ?Ma?am Iapologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. When you return I will make sure your order is correct. This was a mistakeon our end and we want to fix it.? But No! Companies are hiring anyone that will clock in bad customer service and all. The UScompanies lose 1.9 Billion a year because of bad customer service. This has to be fixed immediately because it?s a realproblem. Last time I was there and I mean last I got food poisoning.. myself and my wife both threw up for 2 days not to mention the... onion peel that my girl found in hers . I contacted them thru email on there web page and never got any reply back.. Lookingback at the pics I can see it's still raw.. Bad thing I ate the rest of my girls burger too.... I love this Milo's. I live in Trussville, but I drive out of my way to come to the Roebuck location. The employees are always... friendly, the fries and Apple pies are always hot, they fill the Milo's sauce cups all the way up, and my order is alwaysaccurate! I avoid the Trussville location because they're just horrible. The Trussville location needs to learn a thing or twofrom the Roebuck location.
