Horrible. I paid $11.48 for a COLD hamburger that had no sauce, only a couple of little pieces of onion and a bun with finger... impressions. My fries were over-cooked and I had to ask for the correct drink. The guy at the drive-thru hated his job andseveral people who were handling food were not wearing gloves. Today I was disappointed. I placed an order on the online app online app at 5:30 for pick up at 6. They immediately fixed the... order and the food was cold. They redid the Fries at my request. I wish I had them redo all of it as the chicken tenders weretough and cold. As they were having a slow period, they decided to go ahead and fix my order at 5:30 instead of at 6. Read more
Not 100% crazy about the post-covid changes. Prices are much higher and you can't self-serve sauces anymore. But the service was... great and the great burgers and fries haven't changed. I come here every couple years when I'm in town visiting family and itnever disappoints. Read more

So this review will be different I?m not reviewing the food because I?m not the biggest fan of Milo?s what I?m doing is... recognizing an employee by the name of Don. Don actually works and he works hard I was in the facility eating with a coworker onmy lunch break, Don had a can do amazing attitude. He was very interactive with the other customers as well as with us makingsure we didn?t need anything and making sure everything was good. If I owned a company I?d hire this man no questions asked, Ibelieve he deserves a raise and or a supervisor promotion etc you can?t find hard working people like a Don easily. I?vetraveled and been to many places and restaurants etc.. I can?t honestly remember having a better experience with a workerespecially someone that works in a restaurant since I can honestly remember. The only Milos in the Birmingham metro region that I'll buy my sweet tea from. It has never once been old, too low on sugar or... bitter. Has always been superb Southern tea at it's most highest expectations level. 20/10! Read more
