Fries were good... service not so great. Be sure when you order a double cheeseburger you tell them what kind of cheeses or you... The gentleman behind the counter would not take my order. He directed me to the "kiosk" that had frozen after a few taps. When... I informed the gentleman, he responded that they did not have the staff to take my order. If that's the "service" that I canexpect, I will make it a point to never again return to Mooyah. I normally go to this Mooyah during the week but we decided to go today ( Saturday). Came in the kiosk machine and the register... was down so I had to make my order online no biggie. While waiting for our order I noticed one of the two guys there wasconfused about the order. What we later found out was our order was all messed up. We were short a burger and bacon and my wifedidn't get her bean patty. They put on a regular beef patty for her order, she is vegetarian. What messed up our experience wasthe guy Alexx or Lois ( names from the cards left out) we asked about the freshness of the fries. One of the guys said it wasmade fresh this morning which was thirty-plus minutes ago. So my wife asked again if it was hot, with an attitude he threw thefries in the garbage and told the other guy to make some more. I thought I was watching an episode of the master chef. Iunderstand you may be short and training an employee but please don't get mad because we want fresh hot fries. Read more

Absolutely delicious. Most burgers and fries barely have taste that comes mainly from the condiments. TONS of flavor from the... meat itself and the fries are seasoned beautifully. I normally coat my fries in ketchup, but not here. First time visiting andlive out of town by 2 hours. Read more
I ordered a Quesonario burger and sweet potato fries. Food was prepared and presented well, but I just didn't think it had... enough flavor. Sweet potato fries were excellent and I'm not a big fry person. The cleanliness of the order number card theygive you looked like it was done before the pandemic. Read more
I got the bacon cheeseburger (shown in the picture), its $8.49 frankly for the price I think it's pretty small especially since... to get fries and a drink it's an extra 4.59. The burger itself had a really good flavor i just think it's way to pricey for sucha small patty and so little bacon. Read more
Went there last Friday for dinner after stopping by UAB Red Cross Blood Center. Boy I was hungry after fasting but had snacks... before donating, but the food's great as usual, used the Kiosk which is deaf friendly to place my order and paid, used therewards discount. Left Mooyah full and satisfied after a great dinner. Read more
