We had a group of 9 and only had about a 15-20 minute wait. Our waitress was superb!! She was very patient with us older people... ????. Everyone enjoyed their meal and waitress brought us all a to go box and extra bread sticks. I would certainly recommendThe Olive Garden to anyone. Read more

I wish I had more hands so I could give this Olive Garden 4 thumbs down! I ordered curbside pick up today online and was told my... order would be ready at 2:39pm. I arrived and checked in at 2:39pm. At 3pm I observed that about 4 other vehicles had arrivedafter me and received their food, but I was still waiting on my order. I called the store and was placed on hold. At this pointanother 10 minutes had passed, and I managed to flag down the employee bringing out the food, while still being on hold. Sheseemed annoyed that I had the audacity to bother her, but eventually brought me my food about 3-5 minutes later. Once I arrivedhome, about 5 minutes away, I observed that my calamari was cold, burned, tough, and unedible. My zeppole dessert was also hardas a rock, and unedible, with only half the cup of chocolate filled. My experience at this Olive Garden today was absolutelypathetic. I do not and will not advise anyone to eat at this location since this is how they treat their customers. It was really good. The food, the service and the atmosphere is always nearly perfect. ???? The only complaint would be the way... they do the seating. The last two times we (2 of us) went. They took our name and for twenty minutes people were being sat rightand left where we finally asked. We we're told, not very nicely, that our name was called. Then we were completely dismissed. Wewere never more than 2 feet away from her. Pretty sure nether of us would have missed my name being called out. Everyone hasdays. I do hope that hers did get better ???????? My oldest daughter and I ate lunch here today and had a very good experience. Despite the parking lot was full and looked to be... a guaranteed long wait, we were seated immediately upon entering. I ordered chicken parmigiana and thought it was excellent! Mydaughter had the shrimp scampi and was not at all a fan. The shrimp had no color to it. She had it taken away so quickly I didnot have a chance to take a pic (sorry). Despite the shrimp color, I do not think the fact my daughter didn’t like the tastewas in no way a reflection on the chef. I believe it was only a matter of taste. The salad was tremendous as always! As always Olive Garden endless soup and salad is a consistent favorite. This visit was no exception. There was a longer then... usual wait however, this may have been more due to them perhaps being understaffed. Regardless our server did all she could tomake our visit enjoyable and went above and beyond to do so. I feel that you will not be disappointed if you visit this locationfor a meal. Read more

I love Italian food, but this visit to Olive Garden has me looking for a new spot. The hostess was not friendly at all. So we... decided to sit at the bar. The sweet girl working the bar, did a great job. But that's were great ends. So everyone loves theresalad right. Well explain how you have no salad dressing, not any kind at all. So we ordered soup instead, mine was literallywater with a little green floating around in it. Next we had spaghetti and lasagna. The lasagna looked burnt and the first bitehad a hair in it. I have had really good experiences here every time I go. Hannah is usually my server is she has always treated me right! Food is... always fresh and really good, recently they’ve had a lot of very good take home meal deals. I would recommend checking thoseout as well! Read more
