Been to PF Chang’s many times but never reviewed it before. Had the egg rolls and spare ribs for appetizers. They were both... very good. The ribs were better than Dreamland or Full Moon. The ribs were soft and sweet. I had the short rib fried rice and itwas delicious. A bit spicy too. Loved it. My wife had the pad Thai and the crispy honey shrimp. They were both very good aswell. This is a must to visit if you're at The summit in birmingham. This place is top-notch Chinese cuisine. The atmosphere is great... has a wonderful view on top of the hill. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The food is wonderful, I could name whatI had but anything you get off the menu is wonderful. I will suggest the dumplings, they have a special sauce they make and itis off the chain and down the street. I'm going to add photos of my food so you can see what we had, but like I said anything onthe menu is good. Read more
P.F. Chang’s is a great place to get Chinese food. They have a great menu selection and a comfortable restaurant inside. You... won’t be disappointed with a lunch or dinner spent here.
