I purchased two chicken sandwiches. It was the biggest disappointment that I have experienced. I opened the bag when I got home... and the chicken looked as they cooked it the day before. Meat was burned. I tried calling back to the store and no one answered.I let it ring about 15 times. It was not during the lunch time. It was 2:30 pm. I will continue to call until I reach a manager.Please check your food before you leave so you want be disappointed. I did not feel like driving back to the store. Better than usual Panera experience. The food was typical, but what really made the difference this time was the service. I had... entered an online order and it was ready by the time I made my 5 minute trip to the store. I also placed another order at thecashier and she was very helpful and friendly. As I stood waiting for my order to be prepared, I could see the staff in the backworking. They were efficient, careful and friendly, keeping me updated on the status of my order. I was in and out in less than7 minutes total, and the complicated order was perfect. Well done! Read more
