Decided to eat here while waiting on my husband to get out of surgery for one sandwich and a drink I paid $14. Cashier didn't... even say hello I actually had to say hello to her twice and then she just said "can I help you?" so for a third time I said howare you and she said "oh sorry I'm good can I help you". I asked for mac and cheese and a sandwich and she said they were out ofmac and cheese. I asked for a sweet tea and she said that they only do unsweet tea. I asked for a cookie they didn't have anycookies whatsoever so it was very much disappointing as a visit I went over to the baker while he was handing me my food I toldhim that I wanted a baguette not chips he handed me a cold very inedible baguette. The only reason I had to ask the baker fora baguette is because the cashier lied to me and said that sandwiches only come with chips. Also cashier stayed on her phoneand seemed bothered that I was placing an order so I will definitely never come back. Read more
Napa chicken salad sandwich was pretty good. But the brownie for dessert did me in. Good lunch.
Waited 10 min for someone to take my order (no one was present at checkout). Finally opted to use the kiosk- after getting my... order in, it froze and I was unable to complete my order. No one around to help. Folks are already struggling at the hospitaland they certainly don?t need to struggle at Panera. Read more
The staff is unbelievably lazy. Order kiosk doesn?t work and no employee is at the counter to take orders. The ?baker? said... someone would get to us and turned her back to us to get back on her cell phone. The rest of the staff was sitting behind thepickup counter on their phones. Read more
Very good food, I got the quiche for breakfast and a Mac and cheese bowl for lunch
I was admittedly excited to have another option in the area. This is more expensive than nearby deli style restaurants. I got a... summer harvest soup, 1/2 salad, and unsweetened hibiscus tea. They have multiple sweetener options. The meal is the mostexpensive for soup and salad options for the area however. The soup wasn't flavorful but did have some vegetables. The servicedid exceed expectations for UAB. I can't say choose it over any other food option. They do have lots of selections. Read more
Excellent new addition to the UAB hospital food and drink options. The unlimited coffee subscription makes it so helpful for... employees to grab coffee in the morning or for lunch. I also like their food options. Read more
The quality of this Panera has really dropped. I ordered a half salad and sandwich, and had to pick out half my lettuce because... it was sour and spoiled. Read more
