Waited over an hr for a basic 2 topping pizza. The time to delivery was said to be 22 minutes. Come to find out, they sat on... ticket for 20 minutes before even starting the order. Wish we would of ordered from somewhere else but this was the only pizzaplace that was close to the hotel. My friend is still in the lobby waiting for everyone's food that was supposed to fast. Took over an hour for a thin crust pizza to deliver 5min away. Tracker suggested 22min. I thought the tracker wasn't working... because it took 30 min to start making my pizza. Foolishly prepaid tip. Read more
UPDATE!! Pizza and Hot Wings were ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!???????????? NEVER AGAIN! I placed my delivery order through Uber Eats, and... after my comment to them, I was issued an immediate refund, which I wasn't expecting! Extremely nice regarding my order.However, the MANAGER at this store sent me an email, claiming NO RESPONSIBILITY, for THEIR mistake, only BLAMING UBER EATS!REALLY? This was the worst service that I have ever experienced with a Papa John's ever. The person that answered the phone put me on... hold without asking,when he came back on the line I explained to him that my daughter was trying to order a pizza for her motherwho was having a major surgery the following day and I asked him why they had to have a street address to deliver a pizza to ahospital that was less than a mile away,he proceeded to cause an argument,was very rude and said that the driver only navigateswith a street address. I asked to speak to the manager and he claimed to be the manager. Instead of looking up the address sothis woman could have a Papa John's pizza he wanted to argue about an address. I was out of town and staying on Grandview Parkway for a doctors appointment the following day. I love Papa John's pizza so I... decided to order online and have it delivered to the hotel. I was quoted a delivery time of 29-39 minutes, however, within 18minutes of placing my order, I received my pizza hot, fresh and prepared exactly as ordered. This establishment is providingexcellent customer service, despite how hard it is to find people who are willing to work.
