Pizza was raw and uncooked. individual pieces of mozzarella strands were visible and the crust was white/yellow. It happens and... it was my fault for not checking the pizza immediately when I picked it up. The next day, I call in to talk about this pizzawith the manager and the manager starts arguing with me over the phone. She insinuates Im making things up and says I need tobring the pizza back to get a new one made. Make it make sense. I pay money, pick up the pizza, drive all the way home late atnight, and they expect me to drive all the way back and leave everyone hungry. I would?ve been better off microwaving a frozenpizza for the quality I got. Anyways, she argued with me and I took my loss on this meal. I wish I could give them no stars but it won't let me. My wife and I order a pizza from them over the phone. The gentleman told... us our order came to $27.42 but their doors close at 11:00. We made our order at 10:40. When we went to the door to pick up ourorder the doors was lock but the cashier came to door to unlock it. We told him we made a order to pick up our pizza and if itwas ok for us to come in and pay for it. He told us no but he allowed a Caucasian man to come in and pay for his food and walkout with his order. My wife and didn't appreciate that so we call to speak with the manager. Called in for a pick up @ 5:30 & was told my order would be ready in 30 minutes. Made it there @ 6:15 & they didn't see our name... for order. Well was told to wait 12 minutes for another pizza, which was no problem. Then was greeted by a very respectfulemployee at front counter with another free pizza while waiting for mines. After 12 minutes went by was told they forgot to evenmake my pizza still.. lol. So I sat to wait another couple minutes ( Singing My Gospel) and after a few more minutes, I wasgreeted with my money back & Another Free Pizza! Remember God is Always There. Will not be ordering anything from this place ever again. This is how my wings were delivered. I refused the remake and is... waiting on a refund. This was delivered to me around 9:00 pm. Now you tell me if you think the wings fell out the box. Then whenI called the store to complain about the girl who answered was very unapologetic, did not apologize at all and said the deliverydriver would have to come back and get all the wings before I could get a refund so i asked her how long would it be and shecould not give be a time a frame mind you it?s already 9:00pm. So i offered to just bring them to the store. When i got to thestore the same girl did not greet me or nothing and still did not apologize. She did roll her eyes and took the wings to theback which i don?t care because i don?t pay little kid games. Nevertheless, customer service is trash and I don?t see thislocation lasting long at all. I ordered a medium custom pizza and a 2 liter of Pepsi (they only have Pepsi, mountain dew, or water) and it was $40. It was... later in the afternoon and I was hungry, so I paid the high price. I also included a 20% tip for the driver. I asked for "nocontact delivery". They said it would take 30 minutes, but it took nearly an hour and a half, and the guy knocked on my dooruntil I had to come physically get it instead of contactless and then stood around like he wanted another tip.
